My only issue is the elevator. It is very small, max 2 people in the lift. Also, if you stay in the 6th floor, you’ll have to take the stairs up since elevator only goes to the 5th floor.

Noise in room

We are sincerely sorry for the noise disturbance you experienced during your stay and fully understand how disruptive it must have been to your sleep and overall comfort.
Please know that this is not something we usually encounter in our hotel, and we will investigate the source of the noise immediately to ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Check-in was easy and smooth. We arrived around 1pm and were given a room right away, which was great.
The hotel itself is nice. It feels small when you first step into reception, and the elevator is quite compact (fits one person with a bag), but the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was good. The hair dryer worked on and off, but it wasn’t a major issue.
They do offer a breakfast option, but we didn’t try it as we had to leave early in the morning.
All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only thing that didn’t go as expected was my wife’s birthday surprise it had been promised but wasn’t arranged in the room when we arrived. When we checked with reception, they mentioned there were no notes about it. A bit disappointing, but overall we still loved the hotel and our stay.
