Top staff!
In the business area there are restaurants nearby.
10 minutes from downtown by car.
Private parking.
It is mainly frequented during the week by a “business” clientele.
Rooms decorated in an original way.
Clean and well equipped.
The real + of this hotel is the quality of its staff.
Special mention for the night watchman, a young man passionate about rugby who is welcoming and very professional.
A pleasure to meet such a team.
I highly recommend this property and will be happy to return.

Why pay for breakfast...
50 meters from Burger King and Sports Bar.
2 minutes walk from the shopping center and Carrefour.
Friendly welcome.
Spacious and comfortable rooms.
The only downside is breakfast.
It’s annoying to pay 14 euros for breakfast and find that there are no checks carried out by the staff to check via our room number whether we took the option or not.
Worse still, when I spontaneously asked the receptionist when she arrived in the breakfast room if she wanted to know my room number and name, she replied:
“No, it’s not worth it.”
In my group, people who had not paid this benefit took advantage of it and were able to eat breakfast without having paid.
The second negative point of the breakfast, the absence of cooker for fresh eggs.
The hotel offers eggs already cooked but no way to cook them yourself.
When I asked why, the employee told me it was for hygiene reasons.
Greg hotel belongs to the Accor Group and in the ibis, Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel, there are systematically egg cookers.
The hygiene standards are the same.
I therefore consider that the answer given is not correct.
I recommend this property but I hope that breakfast access controls will now be carried out and it will be possible to cook eggs.

Room extremely basic . No drinks facilities. Chipboard decor somewhat tacky . Even cardboard room numbers . This is over priced for the level of quality provided. On the upside though the breakfast was good .

great location for visiting Brittany
The hotel is conveniently located near the ring road that leads in a few minutes to the city of Rennes and in other directions (Dinard, Saint Malo, Perros Guirec, Cap Frehel etc).
A few meters from the hotel there are both restaurants and sandwich shops and you can then dine late without problems.
Breakfast is plentiful and the staff very kind.
There are no noises and you sleep very well.
We had a very spacious room for 4 people.
