Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely boutique style hotel, and i loved that entry wasn't through an easily lost/forgotten key or card, but with a code to get in. Very very modern with a very rustic French charm. I loved it!
Great location as well. Only 10 min walk to the old town and the beach.

Terrible

Terrible experience! Paid an extra €150 security deposit and when checking out, was told the security deposit was sent back and I would get an email that day. I had to follow up with an email looking for this email confirming the transaction refund. They then replied saying they “made an error” didn’t explain what the error was. Then said they refunded my card due to inconvenience. Then a week later (still no refund) they then said they refunded Expedia (I did not book through Expedia) but that’s beside the point. I paid the reservation through chip and pin in person. Then another week went by without my deposit they then blamed Agoda, another booking platform. This is all farce, and incompetence. It’s 7 weeks later and still have not received my refund. Battling with the banks to get it back. They refuse to respond or send the arn for tracking my refund. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I do not recommend staying here as this is the customer service they are providing.

A little gem near shops and restaurants

Clean, quiet and pleasant room with AC in a small hotel (12 rooms) where guests feel welcome.
Very friendly, helpful and flexible service -- special little requests received quick, positive attention!
Great and central location -- tram directly to airport 5 minutes on foot ( Durandy stop).
Highly recommend-- worth all the stairs up to the rooms on the third floor!

Romantic summer vacation

Cosy bright room with small charming balcony. High under the roof. Very good bed and excellent quiet air conditioning. Small and crooked laundry that was in the main room, otherwise slightly little possibilities to hang away things and towels. Simple breakfast that was lived on the door

Hotel is ok

The hotel was nice but it had 63 stairs going both ways. If you are handicapped in any way don’t stay here. We were comfortable but there was a smell like s—t in the sink. The people were kind and it was quiet. The breakfast consisted of them loading up a tray with carbs and a bit of fruit and bringing it to our room. There is no dedicated breakfast room. Be careful staying here.
