Superb location

Perfect welcome. Pro and nice.
We had a small room with sea view.
Small table on the collective terrace but a little separate anyway.
Tiny room but very well equipped. Fridge/kettle.
Location top.
Only downside: no parking. The one next door is more than 30€/day

No good

Air conditioning was extremely weak. We had trouble sleeping all night due to how hot the room was so we tried sleeping from 9am to noon but hotel staff knocked on our door at 11am and woke us up.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced discomfort during your stay.
However, we would like to clarify the situation regarding the air conditioning. The temperature settings in the rooms must not be modified, as clearly indicated by the information displayed in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was set to 17°C, which caused a malfunction affecting not only your room but also several other rooms connected to the same system.
We were not informed by you or at reception that there was an issue with the air conditioning. Instead, we were alerted by other guests who were experiencing problems. As a result, I personally went to your room at around 11:30 a.m. to check what had happened and discovered that the air conditioning settings had been changed, which had contributed to the malfunction affecting other rooms.
We understand that a room that is too warm can make it difficult to sleep, and we are always happy to assist our guests when there is a problem. In this case, however, we would have appreciated being informed directly so that our team could have investigated and resolved the issue promptly, without affecting other guests.
Regarding the visit to your room, our team came to address the air-conditioning issue and investigate the malfunction that was affecting several rooms. We regret that this may have disturbed you, but this intervention was necessary because of the disruption to the hotel’s air-conditioning system.
We nevertheless take your comments seriously and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable experience in the future.

Perfect location lovely hotel

The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town near the flower market. The view from the terrace is wonderful of the beach and sea view. They don’t do food but you can bring in food and wine to enjoy on the terrace. There are numerous bars and restaurants, cafes and bakeries on the doorstep. Our room, 8, was lovely. Clean and with an excellent shower. Bed very comfortable and quiet. The property has been restored beautifully, full of character but with all mod cons. The staff were friendly and efficient. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great location and friendly staff

This place is right across the beach. There is a nice cafe downstairs and the room gets quite cold. We had a lovely view overlooking the outdoor patio. The reception was very friendly. I made the mistake of booking extra night and they cheerfully refunded me the amount despite it being non refundable.

Those who love Nice come here.

Perfect location, right next to the opera. Great restaurants all nearby. Very good bakery is next to the hotel.( Hotel does not offer breakfast.) Highly recommended is a room with a small balcony and sea views. Really super nice. The hotel has the typical southern French charm. Not everything perfect, but extremely adorable.
