Perfect!

It was a really nice and peaceful stay for us, the hotel is quiet, clean and the owners are helpful all the time also really close to pubs - areas. I’ll choose for next time too ! Thank you again ! Best, xSinem

Top location - flop cleanliness

Strange hotel. Locked doors on arrival (at 3 PM). Finally was able to phone someone who gave me a code to open to open the door. No staff at reception. Just a paper with my name and a key. Neither did a check-in nor a check-out. I guess no one cared because the room was prepaid. The room was rather dirty. The bath towels looked like they were from previous guests, I.e. crumbled. I was simply happy to leave after two nights. The bathroom is in urgent need of cleaning and decalcifying.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. Lovely room.Very .friendly staff, welcoming and helpful with our stay in Cannes, quite an intimate little hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location just 5-10 minutes walk from any of the main parts of town.

Great price/quality

The hotel is very centrically located, 3 min. walking distance to Boulevard de La Croisette, clean rooms and friendly stuff. Would definitely recommend both for family vacations and business trips. Great value for the price.

Great location

I booked this hotel last minute for two nights and hadn't read the reviews so was dreading it. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly helpful receptionist. The room was basic but clean with a fridge and a good sized balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom was small but modern. Breakfast was €10 pp and served in the front garden. Really nothing to complain about. It is a good value budget hotel which if you only intend to sleep at then you are better off saving your pennies for the extortionate prices in Cannes bars, beaches and restaurants.
