An excellent charming hotel in the heart of the city.

An excellent discovery made this weekend.
Small independent hotel very close to the Palais des Papes, not accessible by car,
But with a 20% discount on the underground parking located 5 minutes away on foot.
Hotel fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean, and very well maintained. Excellent welcome at the reception, a lot of attention, and plenty of good advice.
Rooms are quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped (kettle, coffee machine with tea, coffee, herbal teas, safe, tissues...), very clean, comfortable bedding, and plenty of storage.
Very decent breakfast with enough choices and good fresh products, excellent pastries.
Certainly, we will return there.

Super hotel

Very convenient hotel for visiting Avignon. Clean and very quiet
Mr. Benjamon was kind and explained what to do. If I return to Avignon this is the perfect hotel.

Public Service Announcement!

The hotel was basic, clean and adequate. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location, however, was ideal, situated in the heart of the walled city and walkable to all local attractions. We were on a self-driving road trip through southern France and our GPS tried to take us directly to the hotel. BEWARE: DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THIS HOTEL! DO NOT ENTER THE CITY GATES IN YOUR CAR! Park in a public parking garage prior to entering the city gates and walk to the hotel. Call ahead to the hotel and they will instruct you which parking garage to park at.

Double room at high price in an outdated and dirty condition

Double room at high price in the part reserved for the Service dilapidated and dirty state. We had booked a long time ago because we came for the festival. The room we were given did not match the price paid and especially as the pictures prove its condition was dilapidated and dirty.
