Please note that bookings of 10 rooms or more may be subject to different terms and conditions. - Regarding the cancellation policy: The 72-hour cancellation window closes at 17:00 three days before the arrival day. - Must be at least 21 years old to check-in. - The parking fee provides guests with in-and-out privileges for both valet or self-parking. The Daily Resort Fee Includes: - Internet Access - Fitness Center Access - Local & 800 Phone Calls - Additional inclusions "The property will place an authorization on credit or debit card to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as a USD 25 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges. This may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution **For same day bookings, in the event that the credit card does not authorize for the deposit amount of first night's room and tax, the booking will be cancelled at 18:00** Please note, approved early check-ins for same date arrival are 2hrs before 15:00 check-in. Maximum of 2 dogs per room, each dog must not exceed 50lbs, must be completely house trained. An additional $25 per day, per dog, penalty will be charged for dogs unreported and found in the room/suite. Dogs must be supervised at all times while they are inside the room and must be kept on a leash throughout the property. Dog Relief areas will be available for the guest’s convenience. Dogs are not allowed in the following public areas: Restaurants, Spa/Salon, pool areas, convention spaces, casino, and/or common retail spaces. Designated Dog Friendly rooms available for an additional fee. Please contact the property prior to arrival to check availability and pricing for Dog friendly rooms. Dog cannot be left unattended in guest rooms at any time, unless placed in a kennel or carrier.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
