Good place to rest

Stayed here 1 night. It was great. Very clean, good staff, decent price, and AC did the job! The asphalt is pretty beat up by the CV heat, but that's the only real negative. It's a split property with Vagabond Inn. I stayed at S6 IN THE BACK AWAY FROM I-5 and it was just fine. I'd gladly stay here again, and probably would.

Horrible

Called ahead to make sure a late check in wouldn’t be an issue, get the hotel to be told there’s a cut off at 5am! That would have been good to know when I was driving through a storm to get there only to be told I had to book a new room. Property manager Stephanie was very rude when I asked for who I had spoken with she hung up the phone on me.

Amazing Service!! VERY FRIENDLY!!

Delysa greeted me as soon as I arrived with an amazing smile and great attention to details for what I needed. I loved the help I got from her and I definitely will be staying again!!! Best customer service I have ever had, thank you Delysa.

Delysa os absolutely wonderful at her job… I wish every motel 6 had a Delysa at there front counter… so was so enthusiastic and friendly.. she actually cared about me and my stay… great job at hiring Delysa…hats off to you

Avoid at all cost

Clerk would not honor my reservation, which I made online and in which I clearly noted my arrival time early in the morning and that I needed a ground floor rooms because I cannot walk stairs. Called the day before to confirm and spoke to clerk who said it would be fine. Upon arrival, they did not have a downstairs room for me and expected me to wait for an indeterminate amount of time in the blazing heat in my car with pets until someone checked out. They also tried to charge me more, claiming "it was taxes". It was not. The clerk, Stephanie, was just lying through her teeth. When I insisted I would be given the room I reserved, she became combative and threatened to put me on a "black list". Just so inappropriate on all levels. The property is really run down even for motel 6 standards and shares with the vagabond Inn. When I walked up to the office a hotel guest told me her room had cock roaches. I ended up just driving the hours it took to get home.
