100% recommended to spend a few days relaxing.

Located in a central area, next to the Puerta del Sol. Comfortable and well equipped rooms, good service and lots of quiet noise. Parking is difficult because almost the entire area is green zone for residents or orange zone and I attest that they fine.

Unprofessionalism

I'm from Jerez de la Frontera, we stayed on the 28th, 29th and 30th. On the 30th we had to leave before 12th, we left around 10 and 30th because we planned to visit the army museum, and have lunch, before heading to Talavera de la Reina, because we had booked in Talavera, on the 30th, 1st and 2nd, because we had to suspend the planned visit to Puy de fou from the 29th of April to the 3rd of May, because of the risk of rain, therefore on the 3rd of May we also booked it in the hostel sun, once I arrived in Jerez de la Frontera I realize that my shoes are missing, because I changed them for some sports to be more comfortable because I had to walk a lot for the planned activities, I call the hostel and they tell me that they are indeed in resection, with this gesture they show me unprofessionalism because I say, if on the 30th day they have to fix the room for the next client they see the shoes, the normal is that they will be delivered in resection, and if in resection they have my phone number to have called me to communicate and since I was still in Toledo that day I could come to pick it up, and if it passed, they could also have told me on the 3rd day that I was also staying

I don't know.

I had booked this property for 4 people since August. When we arrived on 02/01 in the morning, what is my surprise when they give me a room for three, and tell me that the reservation I made was for three and in observations I put that there were 4. I had to show them that the reservation was well made for 4 people but the solution they gave me was that I had to pay for the fourth person's accommodation "again", until I asked for the claim sheet. They finally agreed to put an extra bed in the triple room, but as a minor evil, it was what was there, and that was the way it was. When we arrived at night in the room, tired of kicking the city, we found a shower that literally poured a thread of water, and so we had to shower. To top it off in the bathroom was a sewer plague that wasn't even half normal. A mess of stay that I will never recommend to anyone and that of course in life I will repeat.

central, sorry very attentive, perfect for a visit to Toledo

Very pleasant stay, attentive and very friendly staff. I loved the detail of finding a cup of tea when entering the room after a whole day of rain (I had asked for one the day before when I arrived very cold and wanted to take my medication)
The parking lot, where we could safely leave the car both days.
Really very satisfied with the stay

Clean and quiet

A very clean and practical room for one or two nights. The bathroom has a hairdryer and is large. Spectacular location. It has air conditioning and there is no noise. For those who didn't choose the included breakfast, there is a cafe just across the street with a diverse and cheap breakfast.
