The best hotel in Sitges

The best hotel in Sitges in terms of value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, the pool was fantastic, and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. It is in the quietest area of Sitges, but a short walk from the center. We enjoyed some delicious appetizers at the pool bar and the service was excellent throughout the hotel; everyone was very friendly and attentive. Also, the hotel is pet-friendly! The stay was perfect, I am already looking forward to returning!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. I witnessed and experienced behavior that I found racist and homophobic, and I was deeply disappointed by the way the hotel handled these situations.
Even more concerning, the environment did not feel safe, with guests being allowed to physically assault or punch others without appropriate intervention from hotel staff. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel.
The property was also unclean and poorly maintained, which made the overall experience even worse.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Guests deserve a clean, safe, respectful, and welcoming environment regardless of their race, sexual orientation, or background.

Lovely relaxing vibe and atmosphere!

We loved this hotel! It had such a lovely vibe and atmosphere. The pool was so relaxing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, the ease of ordering food etc by the pool was great. The mini bar in the rooms. Everything was just easy. We liked that it was a short 10 walk from the main bit along the promenade, it adds to the peaceful vibe. We were a family with 4 boys and we felt very accommodated. The food is a little pricey but we were happy to pay for the excellent quality and location etc. Sitges itself is great, really lovely relaxed vibe and we liked walking down to the main bit every night and visiting the lovely restaurants and exploring. Highly recommended!

I can’t comment on the hotel itself as unfortunately we’re were unable to go due to a bereavement. However i would like to say how very kind, helpful and accommodating the staff were when i contacted them at the eleventh hour to say we wouldn’t be checking in. Even though it was made under a non refundable booking they very kindly refunded us and wished us well. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we are once again able to travel.

Family hotel, we felt at home.

We have been going to this hotel as a family for many years, we feel very comfortable, the staff is super attentive and friendly, we feel at home. It is a pleasure to find the same staff every year, to see each other every year, we are already looking forward to returning next year.
