Great place

Great location, literally just in front of the busstation and close to old part. The room is small, but very comfortable and we did not need any more room. The attention from reception is great. The only negative thing was the shower. It only had hot water for a few minutes then it went from hot/cold/hot/cold every 30 seconds.

Hostel not recommended

Very small room, poor cleaning and details, with two uncomfortable beds managed by two unpleasant people.
The only thing that can be highlighted is its location.
Not recommended.

Lousy management

I made a reservation and unfortunately we could not go, cancel more than a month in advance and charge me because they had been confused from May instead of June, take several days to make the return more than two s what I had been told. Yesterday June 18th I am charged again, I see it by chance in my account . I call and tell me that dry was a mistake of his partner , for the second time and they are able to warn me neither apologize nor telephone or by email lousy management and lousy customer service. The hotel I don't know but the experience has already been very negative.

Cockroaches and dirt at gold price

We took room at this Inn for 103'50€ a night. First Impression was not good (portal, elevator, hallways, reception... pretty shabby). We decided to stay, we needed only a bathroom and a clean bed. When we returned at 00:00 we were greeted by a cockroach in the hallway, as we entered the room there were more cockroaches camping freely among our belongings so we called those responsible. They never picked up our phone or answered WhatsApp messages I sent them with pictures of the bugs. In search of more cockroaches with the flashlight of the mobile I could see the lack of cleaning in general (floor, handles, drawers ...) it was quite disgusting to touch any surface and I no longer say the kettle full of water knows God when and the cups that were as a courtesy. In short, we had a very bad night, just wishing that the hours passed to leave. When we finally left the place, there was no one at the reception, so we left without even an answer, an apology. No one came forward and couldn't make the right claim sheet.

sensational stay

new visit to Hostal Cabo Mayor, and again unbeatable, comfortable, simple, easy, clean, two star hostel that surpasses 3* hotels....that said, Sergio again very friendly, and it being my birthday during the stay He left us a bottle of cava and two glasses in the room, thank you.....ahhh and he has made improvements, double-glazed windows, the sensational and very comfortable bed, and of course the location, in front of the train stations. Bus and train, and 10-15 minutes walking from everywhere.-thank you and see you soon
