UNBEATABLE TREATMENT

We were a group of 29 friends, from May 18 to May 27. We arrived a little worried about the reviews we had read and the entrance to the hotel did not reassure us. Fortunately everything was almost perfect. We needed to get up very early, and at 6:45 h we had a copious breakfast prepared, friendliness was the characteristic of the employees and the restaurant that recommended us "Mar y Mas" is great. A little old, yeah, but everything else is fine.

Hotel not recommended at all.

The only thing I can rate positively are the towels.
I sent the hotel two emails to reserve a parking space, but I did not receive a response, and the woman at the front desk told me she did not see them, that she "is not going to be checking the email all the time." In the end it was resolved, but the manner in which it was handled was not the most appropriate. She also told us that by law we had to leave our keys at the front desk every time we left the hotel, which is a lie.
Furthermore, the furniture is old and it lives off its location, which, although I requested a sea view by paying extra, in reality what you see is a piece of the marina and there is quite a lot of noise.
Breakfast is not a buffet; you can only have coffee or tea and toast or a croissant and juice. If you are one of those who eat fruit or protein, forget about it. There is no kitchen service.
For me, the three stars are overrated.

Before choosing read the reviews

The experience with the owner of the
Nefarious hotel , uneducated and a little aggressive verbally felt defensive.
FORCED us to leave the room keys (in a box at reception that was at the counter within reach of anyone) every time we left, according to her by
Regulations of the Principality of Asturias .
Which I don't see as very legal
Since no one assures you that my belongings are safe
I'll find out if the regulations reflect it. (this is the first time something like this has happened to me)
The parking 15 euros a night is not far but also not close, we had to wait until 15 pm to get the car in.
The room quite old-fashioned in terms of furniture, curtain, carpeted floor, curtains to change and very very old bathtub.
Value for money bad price
The only good thing the location and the treatment of linh the receptionist who took us to the parking lot

Not to come back. Old-fashioned place and for rehabilitat

More than hotel is a hostel , already betusto and with many humidity. Very bad soundproof (walls and doors). The towels were broken from use. Breakfast for the price was vulgar and bad coffee. Mediocre treatment. Huir

a hotel scam

a scam !!! they sell you hab with photo of water and you arrive and give you a crappy room at street level noisy and old of the 60s and on top of very unsympathetic, high-handed and unpleasant people, that is a scam !! they charge you at good hotel price and it is a real crap ... better to avoid... real scam!!! In this place there are no walls only cigarette paper. obsolete place never kept it and they drop... a shame of siege
