First of all, the front desk staff is really quite outstanding. The hotel is located in a really ideal spot. The breakfast was good.
The rooms are quite small and don't provide much room for much luggage, but the beds are comfortable enough and there were plenty of pillows and towels provided,
Our only real complaint is GETTING there! We drove, and it is extremely challenging to get to Hotel Anacapri, then there is no parking once you get there. You cannot really use your GPS because it does not seem to understand how to get there due to roads that are closed from time to time or only open to pedestrians. The hotel knows this, so they will send you their own directions. The problem with those directions is that they are really equally unhelpful. For example, they are written as though you are coming from one particular direction, but we were coming from the opposite direction so their instructions were useless for us. They are also written as though you can easily see street names, which are often hidden or non-existent from the road in Granada. In the end, we put a pin in the location and used trial and error to navigate around pedestrian and one-way roads until we finally stumbled upon the hotel. It was VERY frustrating.
Parking is a few blocks away -- but the front desk staff will help you find it and send you there after you have unloaded your car and put your bags in your room. They know you don't want to walk down the street with your bags.

We stayed there for a night , great location - clean and well maintained . The front desk was beyond helpful , gave us great pointers . If you are looking for a simple , clean hotel , this hotel fits the bill

Excellent location, This is really the added value. The first room that we got was dirty. Then we were moved to a different one. Was ok.

This is a wonderfully well managed, smaller scale, hotel with personal service, and absolutely perfect location, and the nicest and most helpful staff you could ever imagine. The rooms are not fancy, but they are updated extremely clean. The air-conditioning works, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have been newly renovated with both handheld and rain shower. Can’t say enough great things about this experience in Granada and much of it thanks to the hotel itself. The location is central and you can get to all of the most important characteristic and local elements within an easy walk.

The location of this hotel can't be topped! So easy to explore Granada and the Alhambra from here.
The facilities are a little dated, so it's hard to keep it looking clean--stained grout in the shower for example, and the towels are not so fluffy and white as they once were.
My kids loved that our suite had an upstairs with a spiral staircase! When we needed to escape the heat, that was perfect entertainment.
The AC was excellent, but the beds needed more layers--there were only sheets, no duvets.
Cathy at the front desk was an AMAZING asset! She's super helpful and wonderful to chat with.
