The staff is nice and usefull, but definitely under staff. The rooms are clean but the floors and furniture shows the tear and wear, need some renovations. The best part is the €15Chinese buffet inside the Hotel, seadfood is good and price definitely reasonable. If you want eat well and fast thats the place to go. The restaurant in the corner, Los Madroños is excelent, even a little pricey. inside parking is available for €5 daily. Well located,supermarket at the left corner, i recommend the Jamon Iberico there, cheap and excellent.

Unable to sleep welcome braille all night
The room: strong tobacco smell, the mattress completely collapsed, the sink clogged and no sound insulation - beware dangerous hot shower water impossible to adjust
The gentleman had his phone ringing all night between 2am and 6am, he was talking very loud.
Customers who come home talking extremely loudly until 6am.
The breakfast is hearty and pleasant.
Clean room.
Avoid if you want to sleep!!!

You have plenty of stars (having been in 2 rooms)
We were given a room on the second floor with moisture and even leaks, smelled of tobacco and the smoke detector was covered with packing tape. A cook from the restaurant showed up to fix the leak.
We claimed and were changed to a room with the window facing the entrance of the parking (according to the staff it was the last one left, according to the Booking app there were 2 more). The room very noisy, with humidities, door without latch, without smoke detector, the screen repaired with packing tape....generally very poor maintenance. We stayed in it to avoid problems, but the situation was to cancel and leave, although we will not return safely. In fact, I have another booking for a month from now... Awful experience. Booking should know better what it offers on your website

A hotel horror. AVOID IT
I put a star because it won't let me put 0, that it is a 3 star hotel I think it makes a mockery to the user should be checked and remove the stars, it has humidity everywhere, the furniture is shattered, the bathroom is pooled with the shower, did not change the furniture since they inaugurated, the card does not work well anyway anything good. If I should say something good is the buffet but since they charge it separately I can not assess it here

I TRY NOT TO BE CRUEL, BUT AWFUL
I don't put 0 stars or minus 10 because the app won't let up.
They give me a room on the 1st floor, in the very basement. A horrible smell of spiced food. I guess it would have a lot to do with being a Chinese-run hotel they had a WOK restaurant.
The drama begins when I enter the room:
Brutal tobacco smell.
The bathroom, being spacious was in very bad condition, with floors lifted by moisture, rust in the sinks, the utility could not be used because it moved at risk of falling and the screen so that it did not fall was held by insulating tape. And this is the bathroom.
We entered the sleeping area. Two 90 beds, so far fine, but poorly made. Suspiciously wrinkled. In both beds there was fluff, and curly black hair (everyone who draws their conclusions about where people have those hairs).
To sleep I had to take the sheet off my back and sleep on the towels.
I climb from hell (floor -1) to reception to subtly ask if you can smoke in the rooms and he tells me that clearly not. Total as you will notice if there is no smoke detector in the room. So I go back to the basement to open the window and put the air conditioner in for ventilation.
The air conditioning works like Padrón peppers, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I open the window, and to my surprise it overlooks the parking lot. So I had to choose, or smell of tobacco or smell of exhaust pipes.
I went to lock the door. It doesn't work, it's spinning and it could be spinning it to infinity. Seeing also the people who were around the hotel, that they generated insecurity, I chose to put my bag blocking the door because if someone tried to enter at least hear the bag move.
Breakfast... if you can call breakfast what they expose there, because not even the coffee machine worked. I opted to eat something that could be potato tortilla the thickness of a Maria cookie.
