Family end of the year

Just wonderful, spectacular location, comfortable beds and pillows, clean to more than can not, and above all, its gastronomy... we were for the end of the year and exceeded our expectations, very friendly and helpful staff, in short, wonderful

Long weekend to discover the park

Unsurpassed experience. Maybe some room for improvement.
The setting is magnificent and very interesting point for multiple excursions both walking and 4x4.
The hotel very well, the rooms maybe basic but very according to the place.
Super reviewable the restaurant. Quality 10, service 10. Good CPR

FAMILY WEEKEND

The hotel is very good, a mountain hotel, rustic, but very complete. But also, in the restaurant the value for money is very, very, very good. Very attentive staff, make you feel very comfortable, highly recommended 200%

It was worth it even for a single day

Excellent country hotel. Tranquility at full strength. Despite booking the day before, my surprise was that they had not made it despite six calls from me to confirm, without answer, did they think we would not come?. But hey, taking away this little "anecdote," the experience was great. The menu, in our case à la carte, simply compliments the cook, which we did.

Pretty loose for what's expected of a 4-star.

It's a nice place and quite quiet, that's what we liked the most. It is close to the Borosa River route and 5min from Arroyo Frio where you find restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
The pool area is very nice.
Otherwise... quite loose, the rooms were very unkempt, very poorly painted, the hot tub better be retired now.
The staff... regulated the truth, except for a couple of bartenders who did their jobs very well.
The breakfast buffet was pretty basic, it seems that they had a hard time replenishing the things that were finished, and the last straw was the last day, when I took a piece of bread and when I went to eat it I realized that it had mold, I went for another and exactly the same thing, I told the waiter so that they had proof showing him the bread on the plate and his answer was "the bread is brought every day from the bakery" when it is impossible for him to get that in a single day (also he did not remove the tray, nor even went to look at it).
The spa is fine, but too expensive for what it is.
Overall for the quality/price they offer is quite expensive. It looks a little big on the 4 stars.
