In one word: perfect
I am writing to enthusiastically recommend the OFF TRIANA Suites Hotel located in Gran Canaria. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and my experience was so outstanding that it left a lasting impression.
One of the hotel's most significant advantages is its perfect location. Situated just a short, approximately 2-minute walk from the vibrant promenade, it offers easy access to a wide array of shops and excellent restaurants. Despite its proximity to the bustling center, the hotel itself is nestled on a quiet and pleasant street, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
As a frequent traveler who has stayed in many fine suite hotels, I can confidently say that the level of service I received at OFF TRIANA was truly unparalleled. Even before my arrival, the owner, Pachi, contacted me via WhatsApp to inquire about parking needs. Upon confirming, he thoughtfully reserved a parking space for us nearby, just 50 meters from the hotel. While we didn't utilize this reserved spot frequently, preferring to park in the readily available street parking (which is minimally charged and abundant in the evenings), this gesture itself speaks volumes about the genuine care and attention to guest comfort. The reason we preferred other parking was that while the reserved spot was close, accessing it required a significant detour due to a one-way street.
Upon our arrival day, Pachi sent us detailed instructions and access codes for both the hotel and our room, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and convenient. He also thoughtfully reminded us to help ourselves to soft drinks from the patio bar and place them in our room's refrigerator. Furthermore, he made sure to mention that the rooms are cleaned daily, including the dishes, even on rest days. Laundry service is provided every other day. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent Wi-Fi.
The hotel is comprised of three floors: a ground floor, guest room floors, and a rooftop. On the guest room level, there is a huge and charming patio featuring comfortable sun loungers, benches, chairs, a table, and a well-stocked drink bar. The bar is always filled with a variety of soft drinks, which guests are welcome to take to their rooms, as well as alcoholic beverages. Every morning, the staff diligently replenishes the bar. A high-quality espresso machine is also available for guests' use. The level of maintenance throughout the hotel is impeccable. Every day, the maintenance staff pays attention to every small detail, including pruning the plants in the patio.
The rooms at the hotel are exceptionally large and spacious. Our suite included a comfortable bedroom, a modern shower, a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, a refrigerator, an induction hob, and a dishwasher, as well as a huge and inviting living room. Additionally, there was a downstairs gallery with another bedroom and another bathroom, which suited our needs perfectly.
As a thoughtful gesture, the host also provided us with a bottle of excellent wine and a basket of fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. All of the amenities I've mentioned, including the reserved parking, were provided at no extra charge.
On the top floor of the hotel, there is a large rooftop with sun loungers, chairs, and tables. It's a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun.
Upon entering the hotel, we noticed a sign indicating that the property had received a rating of 9.7. After our incredible experience, I can certainly understand why the score is so high, although I personally believe that any rating less than a perfect 10 would be an understatement.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the OFF TRIANA Suites Hotel in Gran Canaria. It is an exceptional accommodation option offering a superb location, top-notch service, fantastic facilities, and excellent value for money. I am confident that anyone who chooses to stay at this hotel will enjoy an unforgettable experience. Just hope that a suite is available for your dates, and if it is, don't hesitate!

Book Off Triana!
We have stayed in many rentals all over Europe and Off Triana is amoung the best. Our suite (Mar) was perfect for 2 couples and the common outdoor spaces were wonderful. Our first time staying at a rental with a complimentary bar well stocked with soft drinks, spirits and coffee, so that was a special touch that we weren’t expecting but certainly appreciated. Don’t look further, book Off Triana!

We would recommend Off Triana to anyone planning a trip to Las Palmas
Las Palmas is a super place to visit for a city break – with beach. And Off Triana is a great choice of accommodation. It is a small block of apartments right in the heart of Triana. Pachi the host is helpful and generous. The apartments open onto a shady terrace with a seating area and free 24/7 filtered water, soft drinks, spirits and good coffee. Up a flight of stairs is a sun terrace with sunbeds plus upright chairs and tables.
We stayed in Suite Mar, one of the two bedroom suites although we were one couple. We chose to sleep in the bedroom with windows onto the shady terrace as it was very quiet at night. The other bedroom with its en suite bathroom is on a mezzanine above the kitchen and lounge. The lounge has full height single glazed windows onto the street which is great for daytime light and there are full height wooden internal shutters for night time – these cut out most but not quite all of the street noise. A parking space is provided in the underground car park (with a rented mid-size SUV, I found it tight – it would be fine with a small car). A cleaner comes daily, restocks the capsules for the Nespresso machine in the kitchen and puts on the dishwasher. There is a free laundry service too.
The location is excellent. A host of good restaurants “on the doorstep”. 5 minutes walk to the big Hiperdino supermarket; 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. An inexpensive taxi ride up to the beach area. Oh, and Pachi has even provided a wheeled shopping bag/trolley which is very useful if you want to bring back heavy shopping from Hiperdino

Highly Recommended! Great value and location!
Our host Pachi was incredible and met us with the keys and explained where to park and gave us a tour of the building plus showed us how everything works, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment is already amazing, but then add all of the amenities that are so wonderful like the outdoor lounge (complete with a complimentary bar area) and also the rooftop area to relax. Location is perfect and it was a great value too!

Fabulous accommodation in Las Palma
We stayed at Off Tirana for 10 nights in early February. The room was beautifully designed and everything we needed was provided. The large roof terrace with loungers was an added bonus as was the free bar! The owner Pachi is very friendly and helpful. The suites are in a interesting area with lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. If youre looking for a place to stay in Las Palmas look no further and just book it.
