Very good treatment, delicious food, very clean rooms, we love this hotel I highly recommend especially if you go with family

Dissapointed

This hotel isn't for you unless you speak Spanish. The food is all Spanish food and all signs etc are written in Spanish. Overall the hotel was very clean. Should have been informed pre arrival as roadworks directly outside we had 8 hours a day of drilling and banging so couldn't relax. The view from the balcony was disappointing. Lastly I took my own water bottle into restaurant as wasn't told I couldn't. The male receptionist (not jose) then came screaming and shouting at me threatened to kick me out of hotel this was extremely embarrassing and as they don't speak English and I don't speak Spanish I should brush up on my mind reading skills disgusting way to treat a solo travelling guest

Simple but effective and pleasant

This is a 3 star hotel without great strident but very well located, very correct and perfectly organized. I went on an IMSERSO trip and was very pleasantly surprised that on the first day you were assigned a table for the entire stay which resulted in no queues or problems at lunch or dinner. The food could not be said to be extraordinary in variety and quality but was simple and well cooked. In short a simple but very nice hotel. The only but and it is not the fault of the hotel, that the avenue Jaime I is in the works and it is a bit complicated to access if you go with your car to the parking.

We had some great days.

We stayed 8 nights and all very well, it was the 1st time we have been and we really liked this hotel, it would also highlight the organization in the dining room, the treatment of the staff was great, they have an entertainer named Carmen, who is lovely, we had a great time with her, gave us online class and taught us some very nice choreographies. We had very good attention in all aspects, we will be back soon.

Well...

The hotel is good. It is close to the beach, has some variety of food and the rooms although some are not renovated are fine. The negative thing I see is that unless I touch you in the corner and far upstairs, you have no view of the beach. Another thing is that you don't get drinks and waitresses keep an eye on everybody, but that's okay. One of the girls who cleans the rooms is super nice, another doesn't say hello but I guess I eat everything. By the way, there's a few spiders in the rooms.
