Enjoyed a lot

The apartment is very spacious, clean, linen good and towels. the apartment was done out to a very high standard.
Great outdoor space, lovely and peaceful.
Elena met us with the keys, very friendly.
No steps as you could get out of the apartment block at the back, just down a small ramp leading to the road.
The Italian just outside the gate, best pizzas I have ever tasted lots of choice.
The breakfast on the site bar was very good and also the beers when you get back on an afternoon.

Prison Camp

This place is an absolute disgrace, the complex is like a prison camp there are locked gates everywhere and fences around the pools with locked gates too , there are very limited sunbeds and they are all broken , dirty and unsafe - absolutely disgraceful and dangerous, there are drains all around the complex and they stink , lots of the walls have crumbling render , unpainted and the floor tiles round the pool are damaged broken and dangerous
Some of the private apartments are ok but you have to go out everyday because the complex is not even a 1 star and can only be described as a prison camp

We arrived from Germany and booked a room in this complex. After check-in, we were shocked by the condition of the room:

We arrived from Germany and booked a room in this complex. After check-in, we were shocked by the condition of the room: there was dust, hair, and dirt inside the closets, as well as personal belongings of other people. The shelves were sticky and unclean, the floor and furniture were dusty, and there were even toys and random items lying around. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.
We immediately contacted the receptionist, but the only response we received was: “What do you want me to do? Send a cleaner?” — instead of offering us another clean room. We were told there were no free rooms available, although the hotel is large, and that seems untrue.
After a long flight, we’ve been waiting for hours and still cannot rest properly. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We urgently request that the manager contacts us to provide a clean room or a full refund.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have to contact Tourist Pilot customer support and publish our photo and video evidence of the room’s condition.
We truly hope for a fast and fair solution to this situation.

Nit worth the money charged

The apartments vary some good some very basic. The complex is old rundown. Sun beds are a disgrace, as they are falling to bits not enough for the size of the complex. Towels are put on the beds but no bodies on most of them until 3/4 hours later. Its in a good location with a 15 minute walk to the front,shops and bars.

Great complex to stay

Great place to stay. Did two weeks here in summer and the rest of the family did a week. Booked our room on booking.com. 2 bedrooms. Modern though a little small. Great choice of pools. Great pool bar. Returning next year. Would highly recommend. Close to everything.
