Property staff were super friendly, very helpful and efficient. Any requests I needed they were very accommodating. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is very beautiful. we even had an amazing view from the balcony in our hotel room.

Scam / Scam by receptionist
Premise: the structure is "divided" in two. You will (but I would not recommend it to Satan himself) check in at the crown pyramids view hotel but you will stay at the Nine Pyramids view hotel (we found out today, the last day, that the property is the same).
The room deserved from 2 to 3 stars.... For cleanliness and comfort. On the first day we asked for it to be changed because the shower was useless and with mold on the wall.
The second room was identical to the first but a bit more decent.
Breakfast was scarce (without coffee if not soluble) and from the second day some products were missing never replaced (eg honey).
As soon as we arrived (after a very tiring journey of a whole day) without having yet had dinner they started bombing us to immediately book a tour, before they said it was too late.
In all, to visit the Giza pyramids and the museum with a guide we spent 290 euros in two. Madness..... The next day paying 60 euros plus about 35 euros of tickets, we visited the area with a very kind local guide who told us 3 times as much as the guide provided by the hotel.
The most horrific thing was the scam by Mustafà, a receptionist who works at the crown pyramids view hotel (where we checked in on the first day).
Our Egyptian SIM needed a recharge. He set out to help us by seeing us in trouble. 10 gb cost 12 euros (about 670 Egyptian pounds). We found out shortly after that he had only topped up 50 Egyptian pounds (about 1 euro).. And when we called him he got nervous and shamelessly denied the evidence (apps and messages sent by the operator) related to the recharge made.
I hope he needs them in medicine. We would have gladly tipped.... And it's not 12 euros... It's a matter of respect.
I wasn't at home, so I took a step back....
Only positive note the girls and boys at the reception of the nine pyramids hotel view (where we were actually staying) were wonderful, courteous honest and helpful. In front of the pathetic scene of their colleague (Mustafà) they were visibly embarrassed.
In Egypt you will find many beautiful people but watch out for scams.

Perfectly good low grade hotel. Fine to sleep in between busy days in Giza
This hotel is quiet, in a quiet back street (so make sure you are dropped and collected at the hotel). It is basic with no additional facilities. The rooms are clean but very tired (rusty shower head) but the balcony has a view of the pyramids. The linens were all clean and the bed comfortable. The TV did not work for the first 2 days but was then sorted and even the BBC World service was available. There is a big fridge and basic coffee/tea facilities. The breakfast is served on the top 5th floor which has a panoramic view of all 9 pyramids and an outside area if warm enough. The breakfast buffet is good with local hot and cold options.
If you are having a few days busily visiting the Giza pyramids/GEM/Saqqara/Dashur and just want somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast this will do. Do check multiple booking sites and you should be able to book for less than US$50 pn.

I prepaid for a pyramid-view room, but when I arrived on December 28, I was told the room was not available. The hotel owner promised—via Expedia—that I would get the reserved room the next day. That promise was broken. The room was still “not available,” with no explanation.
Because it was late at night, the hotel is far from the city, and I was traveling with my daughter, I had no choice but to stay.
The room itself had multiple issues. The shower was only partially repaired and still did not work properly, and the bathroom hand shower was never fixed at all, despite repeated complaints.
This hotel does not honor confirmed reservations, makes false promises, and fails to maintain basic standards. Advertising a pyramid view and then refusing to provide it is misleading.
Avoid this hotel unless you want stress, broken commitments, and substandard conditions.

Great Staff and Amazing Pyramid View
The hotel is quite nice, with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Adel was exceptionally kind and assisted us with many things we needed. Additionally, a girl from the morning reception shift helped us resolve an issue regarding a nearby restaurant that had overcharged us.
Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. However, there is a hygiene issue during breakfast, as there were many flies. Perhaps this is due to the hotel’s location. However, this location offers a beautiful view of the Pyramids, which is truly remarkable, though it was still a bit annoying to have so many flies around. It would be helpful if the hotel implemented a way to reduce the number of flies during breakfast.
The hotel provides free airport pickup, which is very convenient. We were delayed at passport control and visa processing, but the driver waited for us patiently. The staff in general goes above and beyond for the guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location has both positives and negatives. The surrounding area is generally dirty, but it provides excellent access to the Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
The only other downside was the WiFi, which needs improvement, as the connection was very weak and almost unusable during our stay.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again, as the staff’s friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond make the experience memorable.
