Clean Comfortable and Safe

The hotel was very clean and comfortable..you often see staff cleaning day to night! The class bathroom is unique and fun! Having coffee at the roof top restaurant with view of fireworks at the pyramids is a nice treat! The staff are all welcoming and very nice…I’m extra thankful for the soft comfortable beds that allow for good sleep after long days on excursions! I love the large open lounge with plenty of seating when you have to wait for Ubers or last minute decide what you want to do for the day! I highly recommend for your visit in Giza!

Pension to avoid

Beautiful rooms and exceptional rooftop view of the pyramids
Pension to avoid!
Room cleaning done at 5 pm and when cleaning is done, there are days when cleaning is not done, bed not done and towels not change and leave on the floor ....
Non-empty garbage.
No hangers, lack of glasses and cups on set.
For the. Restaurant is a disaster, the staff is kind but incompetent.
2 hours for a bottle of water and a Caesar salad, between the service the staff is absent to smoke chichas under the pool.
Pension very bright inside and outside.
Dogs bark all night
Traffic and terrible horns.

What a pleasure

Absolutely magnificent Pension. The pyramid view on the rooftop is perfect for breakfast/dinner, the pool also.
The staff is very attentive. It was a great week thanks to them.
