Disgusting filthyhotel
1. Difficult Location: The hotel was difficult to locate, as it was situated in a dark, narrow alley. We spent over an hour trying to find it.
2. Unhygienic Entrance: At the hotel entrance, there was a homeless person, and the area was filled with junk and garbage. This created an unsafe and unpleasant first impression.
3. Unsafe Elevator: The elevator did not have proper doors, which posed a serious safety hazard.
4. Unsanitary Conditions: Upon reaching the reception, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odour of urine throughout the lobby area. The condition of the hotel was deplorable and gave us significant concern.
5. Dirty and Unhygienic Room: When we inspected the room, it was in a very poor state. The sheets were stained, the room smelled of waste, and the bathroom/shower was filthy. The overall hygiene was unacceptable, and the room did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness.
Given these appalling conditions, we immediately decided to leave and booked alternative accommodation. At the time of our departure, the reception staff acknowledged the issue and assured us that we would receive a refund for the amount paid. However, to date, neither Agoda nor the hotel has taken any action to process the refund.

Unfortunately very bad due:
- no tualet paper
-no towel
- not clean
-we have staywd 4 nights and
Could not sleep well due to mosqitoe
Plus very poor breakfast.
In fact there is no any services

Avoid this hotel at any cost
Lift is scary with only 2 person fitting in that comfortably
Reception area was full of smoke (cigarettes) and mosquitoes were present
Rooms were dirty and smelly with broken door handles and broken draws
The dining area on roof top was through filthy/smelly area. With no food hygiene considered, food was not edible.
Staff at reception was not rude but most difficult to deal with
They did jot have the room ready and blamed me for arriving late
All in all worst experience I had there

Misleading photos, paid breakfast not served, random wifi, smells of humidity, infernal noise: very loud music on the floor below

Very old elevator without interior door.
