Fantastic stay! Brand new hotel with the most helpful staff in Cairo
"มีโอกาสได้มาพักที่ Cairo Crystal Hotel บอกเลยว่าชอบมากและประทับใจสุดๆ ค่ะ จนต้องมาเขียนรีวิวแนะนำต่อ ใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักในไคโร ห้ามพลาดที่นี่เลยนะคะ
สิ่งที่ทำให้แม่ประทับใจมากคือ พนักงานน่ารักมากกก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสและคอยช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง บริการด้วยใจจริงๆ ค่ะ ที่สำคัญคือเค้าใจดีมาก วันที่แม่ไปถึงก่อนเวลา ปรากฏว่าห้องว่างพอดี เค้า อนุญาตให้เช็คอินเข้าพักได้ก่อนเวลา (Early Check-in) ทันทีโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขเลย ประทับใจในน้ำใจและความยืดหยุ่นของโรงแรมนี้มากค่ะ
ในส่วนของห้องพัก ต้องบอกว่า ใหม่กิ๊กจริงๆ เพราะโรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดได้ไม่นาน ทุกอย่างสะอาดสะอ้าน ตกแต่งสวยงาม และที่เซอร์ไพรส์คือ ห้องใหญ่มากกก พื้นที่กว้างขวาง พักผ่อนได้สบายสุดๆ ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดเลย แถมราคาก็คุ้มค่ามากเมื่อเทียบกับทำเลที่อยู่ใจกลางย่าน Downtown เดินไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวกสุดๆ
ใครมาเที่ยวอียิปต์แล้วอยากได้โรงแรมที่สะอาด ใหม่ ห้องกว้าง และบริการเหมือนญาติสนิท แม่ประนอมคอนเฟิร์มว่าที่นี่คือที่สุดค่ะ!"

The staff were incredibly lovely and went out of their way to help with everything. A huge thank you for their kindness—since my room was ready, they allowed me to check in early, which was so helpful after a long journey.
The hotel itself is brand new and sparkling clean. The room was surprisingly large, very spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It's located right in the heart of Downtown, making it super easy to explore the city.
If you're looking for a fresh, clean, and spacious place with the best hospitality in Cairo, this is it! I would definitely stay here again."

Amazing front desk worker and super clean rooms
This was one of the best experiences we had on Cairo. On the last day we arrived here, and Zainab was super thoughtful. I was feeling sick because of the weather, she kindly made me a tea, she brought me napkins and even called me a tab that was half the price they asked at uber!
Please if you are considering, stay here, because you will be super greatly received and treated!

Delightful hotel in downtown Cairo.
Do not be fooled by the entrance of the building and the elevator, which are quite picturesque, because on the fourth floor, you will find a true little hotel, with spacious and spotless rooms, super comfortable beds, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, fridge, electric kettle, and everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The breakfast in Egyptian style (we requested some variations, as we do not eat savory for breakfast, and we were more than satisfied) is served in a room adjacent to the rooms, but it can be consumed at the small table in your own room. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and it is also in a truly strategic location; within a few minutes on foot, you can reach Tahrir Square, the old Cairo Museum, shops of all kinds, and McDonald's. We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time; I highly recommend it.

First time in Egypt
Small hotel very convenient and comfortable near the old Egyptian museum. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left our luggage all day waiting to resume the plane in the evening. It is located on the road and is easy to reach on foot than by public transport. It is still a hotel located in the center of Cairo so immersed in the sounds of a metropolis that never sleeps

I stayed at this property for 3 nights on a family trip. Overall I found myself very well and would recommend it.
The hotel is in a central location, very convenient to reach the old cairo museum on foot, or the nearest metro station, The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal great. The staff, always friendly, welcoming at any time of day
