A GOOD PLACE TO OVERNIGHT

First time in a hostel for us and the dogs, and was actually not bad at all, excellent beds - bring your own bed linen and towels and soap - all rooms on ground floor and most with good showera and wc facilities. Kitchen in the next door building with all facilities, and breakfast can be added for a small amount. This hostel is situated right where Rebild Hills starts and parking easy next door as well as plenty of signs indicated the many walking and bike paths. Hostel ideal for wheelchairs as well. Free wifi,. Very affordable

Very poor cleaning. Probably a wall animal in room 1.

The positive first:
Fantastic location at Rebilds hills- where there are many fike hiking areas.
Lots of things to do in the area.
Cosy outdoor areas.
Convenient with access to kitchen and common areas.
Nice hostess!
So the negative;
Stayed in room number 1.
Cleaning was non-existent.
There may not have been cleaning in the room for a long time, the sink was so dense that the water did not sink down at all. Signs of mold. Poor ventilation. Incredibly nasty beds.
See photos from under the beds. Clear signs of walled animals/bed bugs. Asked the hostess about this, and she said they didn't have wall animals.
Regret the stay, it is not worth taking the chance of bringing walled animals home.

Meget ringe

Hold da op hvor kan man blive skuffet . Ankom i dag og havde fået en besked om at nøglen sad i døren . Javel . Man træder ind i det mest lusede værelse ( selv for et vandrehjem ) . Man havde ikke gjort sig den ulejlighed at rette madrasovertræk . Det var meget krøllet . Poser lå på gulv med sengetøj . En lille IKEA skammel som “ natbord “ til to . Var så naiv at tro man fik et normalt dobbeltværelse . Her står sengene virkelig i hver sin ende af værelset . Nå ja , kl. er 17.30 og man kan ikke kommende i køkkenet . Virkeligt for ringe

Meget gæstfri atmosfære

Blev rigtig godt modtaget at værtinden, der hver morgen sørgede for at gøre morgenmadslokalet hyggeligt med sit nærvær og levende lys.
Beliggenheden er fin med kort afstand til Skørping og meget smuk natur. Man kan parkere sin bil ved stationen i Skørping og tage toget til Ålborg. Så slipper man for at jagte parkering der.
WiFi virkede ikke på værelset, vi forsøgte forgæves at få forbindelse de 4 døgn, vi var der. Der er ikke varme på badeværelset. Det gik lige nu, men til vinter ….
Hyggelige uderum til ophold om sommeren.
Vi satte pris på gæstfriheden :-)

God hygiejne , hyggeligt samvær

Perfekt beliggenhed midt i Rebild Bakker og tæt på Rold Skov med masser af muligheder for at vandre. Værtinden Vivi er sød og imødekommende, værelserne gode og fællesrummene fine. Vi havde bestilt morgenmad som var lækker og alle hygiejne forholdsregler blev håndhævet. Vi skulle have aftensmad den ene aften, det foregik på naborestauranten fordi turistforeningen havde generalforsamling. Maden dér var veltillavet og betjeningen god
