Good customer experience

Good experience of staff and really nice stay
The hotel was ideally located in connection with a concert in the exhibition center

The room was not cleaned properly, amenities and towels were missing, mold everywhere in the shower, very uncomfortable you could feel that the mattress has been in use vor many years, no air conditioning.
Only positive: nice and helpful staff
It’s clear that Scandic has not invested in renovations for many years now.
Value for money compared to other hotels in Herning very bad. In total: no recommendation

Nice hotel

Really nice and helpful staff, both when we arrived and resturanen. nice clean rooms and nice breakfast with plenty of delights.billigheden is close to the city's dining places if one does not want to eat at the hotel.
We will be happy to come back when we go to Herning

A bit expensive, but a really good experience

Friendly and helpful staff. (Especially the wildly cute employee at check-in/out). Nice, spacious rooms with electric kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, iron, armchair, TV etc. Delicious breakfast buffet with huge selection. Also good selection in the small shop in the lobby. (Could have had a sign with information about payment).
Close to transportation, (payable)parking right by the door, restaurants and bars. Easy to get a taxi to/from Boxen (despite sold-out Minds of 99 concert) and only 5-10 minutes drive. Check-out at 11:00 instead of 10 = huge plus. (According to the hustle, it may be possible to purchase a later check-out and/or early check-in).
Only minus were those who heard music around midnight and again from 5 o'clock. But it's not the hotel's fault.
And then it is not exactly a cheap stay, but was what was left when you are late out.

Jeg værdsætter din forståelse for, at der desværre ikke er meget vi kan gøre, når gæster vælger at være til gene for andre gæster, udover at sætte en stopper for det så snart vi bliver gjort opmærksom på problemet.
