Disappointed
When I was there alone I decided for room service, wanted a dish and an ice dessert. I would like to have the ice dessert when I had eaten the first dish (otherwise it melts) but then I had to pay 2 times for and get brought up, I think it is bad....
In the morning I got up early and walked in the outdoor jacuzzi, both were covered, so you couldn't use them, there was a handful of other guests who also wanted to, I was told they could not be used until 9:00 and was referred to another jacuzzi I never found. During the stay I had a few questions (for not and do something wrong ) out of 3 different staff I got 3 different answers, it seems a little stupid!
I must admit I am disappointed with the stay which I had really looked forward to, but I drove away with an empty feeling.

Good stay, as gift
The good:
Super good staff, there is nothing to come after on that front. They are the absolute most important value for this experience
The food was okay; - it's not something we'll remember forever, but it tasted super fine.
The spa area was very delicious. We tested both the “travle” time and the “quiet” time. And we never had the feeling that there were too many people.
The rooms were okay. No socket at the beds in our room, however, we wonder a little.
The less good:
The money that was already tied to the experience at the time of booking, had to be refunded, and then we had to pay back the same money. The receptionist explained that they “reserve the money to make sure people meet up.” Which makes sense, but why does comwell not use the 500 that are already reserved, I wonder.
If we hadn’t gotten this as a gift, I would have been disappointed with value for money. For hold up now, how completely insane expensive it is.
Everything is mer sale and purchase, no compliment cup of coffee, snacks, bubbles etc. for the sake of the hospitality. But this is typical of chain hotels.
All in all:
It was a nice spa stay in fantastic surroundings. Would I pay for it myself? No, it will simply be too expensive. Then I'd rather spend the money on VejleFjord.
