It’s a very nice hotel, receptionist always available. Breakfast has picky bits too. You can use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi whenever you want. Ubers are available and McDonald’s is a good walking distance. Not too far from the city either. Good place to stay and I wouldn’t fault it as it’s just a good standard room.

Absolute disaster - FINGER WAY!

The apartment was freezing cold, windows leaking, no heating in the bedrooms. Especially bad: We were there with a baby – completely irresponsible in such conditions. We all froze and got sick.
The landlord only communicated via WhatsApp and promised a free cancellation and refund there, but never confirmed this via Booking.com. Booking could therefore do nothing.
To date, no refund and no response. Hands off – no responsibility is assumed here.

Great experience for a nice price

Penthouse for 7 people booked in high season.
Facilities and staff were fine.
Room should be suitable for 7 people as there would be a sofa bed. Unfortunately this was not the case so we had to sleep on a normal couch. The other rooms were fine.
The massage shower cannot be used because the water cannot drain quickly enough.
Every day we got new towels and toilet paper. However, they are very early in the cleaning round so we were still in bed from time to time.
Breakfast has peak times and is fairly varied, but not much. It's the same every day.
The Turkish steam bath was unfortunately defective so it could not be used.
Sauna and Jacuzzi otherwise very fine. Immediately it was indicated that on Sunday the jacuzzi is changed so on that day late in the evening is warm again.
Pool is small but adequate.
From 23:00 it is no longer possible to use these facilities.
Location is not very near anything. Beach is 15/20 min walk but is a best drop/climb. The center is not within walking distance, so you have to arrange a taxi every time (which there are more than enough).

Don't lose your money...

Exorbitant price, while the spa was in a dismal state and not working. Dirty shoes and cardboard left abandoned... Taken next to the bed torn from the wall, work that starts at 8am within the hotel, poorly insulated rooms if your neighbor above flushes everything .. We were making the remark at the reception. The staff was very friendly. However, the note put on the booking site does not belong to the manager .. she took the liberty of sending us derogatory and threatening messages by email. So yes we received a refund of 60€ on 176€ (with hearty breakfast included). But this does not exclude giving a concrete opinion on the performance we have had. If we had seen such comments we would not have booked there. Especially since the hotel is located 10 minutes from split. And that there is very little around unless it is conveyed.

Don’t go there!

Worst hotel I’ve known in all my travels!
Damn it everywhere in the common areas, spa not working, gross shoes everywhere in front of the sauna (which does not work like the steam room and jacuzzi)
Soundproofing 0
Elevator not working and work from 8am
