The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the downtown core and very close to the beach. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely clean. It’s a great value for the quality you get. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be near the port and city center

Not a bad hotel. Location wise is quite good. Bordering 3.5 out of 5.

Location: about 20 minutes slow walk from the central bus station/ferry stops but slight uphill walk. You should see a restaurant near this dark black tower block which kind of looks like an office block. Look at the signs and click the right floor. There seems to be a few hotel converted apartments in the same building.
Surrounded by a bakery and a supermarket. About 20 minutes walk to the main attraction, 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal, and restaurants.
Overall, quite a good location.
Room: Twin bed was ok sized. The air conditioning was good but when entering it was off. There was a sour smell. Beds were ok comfortable with power sockets next to the bed. A strange disco button next to one side but didn't work.
The TV was small with limited programmes. The shower was strong but took 1 minute to heat up. Little mini fridge (empty).
Customer service: the person at the reception was very nice and friendly. Free coffee and water near the reception area and umbrellas if needed.

Centrally located hotel close to port and historic
Centre of Split. Staff friendly and rooms are comfortable and modern.

We were quite surprised there wasn’t an option for regular housekeeping having booked 5 nights. We finally asked for clean towels and that was accommodated but were surprised there was no option for clean bedding for that length of stay (at least it was never offered to us). In addition we were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom - having a shower created a damp environment throughout the entire bathroom causing towels, toiletries etc to all become damp. This is concerning as I have asthma and that can create a dangerous mold situation very quickly.
The worst part was my friend left his suitcase in the room and reached out to the property via email. He said the response showed no concern and offered no help or assistance to find a way for him to be reunited with his suitcase and items inside.
I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Repeat stay. Excellent staff and awesome location.
However, we booked 5 rooms some 11 months ago and upon arrival, was told the accommodation was overbooked!! Otherwise, the experience was ok.
