Awesome experience

Good service generally in my room from Lohick and Steve. Really good customer service , they made my stay comfortable.
Really disappointed with laundry takes a bit of time to be returned back. Time taken is too long once you give out your clothes.
Food is not really nice, same same food is served in the buffet selection.

Excellent hotel in Kinshasa

Stayed two nights. Good location within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. Reasonably quiet.
Spacious, clean, well appointed room. Amenities included minifridge and electric kettle. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Well located power sockets.
Bathroom with everything in working order. The only thing missing was a hook to hang clothes or a toiletry bag. Standard toiletries. Shower with good water pressure.
Good wifi.
Friendly staff.

Customer Service

The breakfast at Four Points was generally a very good experience. The selection was excellent, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to Josephine, who delivered outstanding customer service and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit.
The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. As expected from a Sheraton property, the hygiene standards were high and reflected the brand’s commitment to quality.
That said, there is still room for improvement with the food service. Some of the dishes were served cold despite being kept in chafing dishes, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rice was not as soft or well-cooked as expected. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall breakfast experience.
Although we did not stay at the hotel and only visited for breakfast, we left with a positive impression overall, thanks to the excellent service and clean environment.
