At check in the staff were very helpful, showing us to our apartment and explaining all the relevant info.
The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, the pool was very enjoyable.
I really hope to be back in the future.

Disappointing Experience – Persistent Pest Problem & lack of post-stay Communication.
We recently stayed at the Silver Park in Paphos for 10 days, having rented the penthouse apartment. While the staff on-site was polite, our vacation was severely impacted by a major issue that was never properly handled.
From the very beginning, we encountered a continuous problem with cockroaches and ants throughout the penthouse. To their credit, the hotel staff was responsive at first and made several attempts to resolve the issue. However, their efforts failed, and the pests kept coming back every single day of our 10-day stay.
Following our departure, we followed up regarding compensation for the significant distress and inconvenience caused during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel management has chosen to completely ignore our request and has not responded to our messages.
It is incredibly disappointing to pay for a premium penthouse, deal with bugs for over a week, and then be met with radio silence from management when asking for fair compensation. We cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor pest control and lack of professional customer service after checkout.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we believe your review omits important facts regarding how this matter was handled.
The apartment was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and there were no issues relating to hygiene or cleanliness. Throughout your stay, every concern you raised was addressed immediately. Our team attended the apartment on several occasions, including outside normal working hours, arranged an additional treatment by our licensed pest control contractor despite our regular monthly preventative programme already being in place, and remained in continuous contact with you throughout your stay.
We are particularly disappointed by your statement that management "ignored" your messages, as this is simply not accurate. Our records clearly demonstrate that every message received a prompt response. We visited your apartment on multiple occasions, met with you personally, responded to every email, and replied to your WhatsApp messages within minutes, both during and outside normal operating hours.
We also note that housekeeping services were declined on one occasion, preventing the scheduled removal of waste, and that windows were frequently left open during the summer months. While guests are, of course, free to use the apartment as they wish, these circumstances can increase the likelihood of insects entering the accommodation and should not be interpreted as evidence of poor hygiene or housekeeping standards.
As a further gesture of goodwill, despite having no obligation to do so, we provided complimentary transportation, which you accepted, and subsequently offered a substantial accommodation voucher following your stay. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
What makes this review particularly disappointing is that, throughout your stay, our team maintained regular communication with your family, remained available whenever assistance was requested, and received positive feedback from members of your party regarding the responsiveness and professionalism of our staff. We genuinely believed we had done everything reasonably possible to ensure your family enjoyed their holiday despite the isolated issue that arose.
We fully respect every guest's right to share their experience. Equally, we believe reviews should present a complete and accurate account of the facts. We remain proud of our consistently high standards of cleanliness, hospitality and guest satisfaction, reflected in the thousands of positive reviews we have received over the years.

Fabulous vacation apartment
Absolutely fabulous
We had the penthouse apartment which was five stars
It was sparkling clean and we were treated to a lovely welcome basket. There was plenty of towels and the jacuzzi and roof terrace was spectacular.
I heartily recommend this stunning apartment.
In addition the staff were superb and answered any query immediately with a smile

Stunning Stay
Excellent, 5 minutes into Paphos Harbour, quite, had parking on site. Modern deco, spacious rooms, lovely wee welcome basket and water in the fridge, Cleaned twice during our 7 night stay, exceptionally. Will book again

A great stay and would highly recommend
We had a fantastic stay in February 2026. The place was lovely and clean, the location was brilliant, the staff were very helpful, very comfy beds and the place is fully equipped with everything you need including complimentary food and drink which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
