Amazing

A perfect place. Rooms are very very clean. Perfect environment Beautiful people very friendly Great hospitality. The food is amazing and home made You cannot miss the breakfast. Coming back soon. Sotos Elena

A perfect experience. Everything is beautiful. Peace and quiet. Very very clean, home made food, beautiful people that offer a friendly hospitality. It's a place to rest and relax. We won like to visit again and again

Beautiful and so relaxing!

We stayed here for one night and loved it! We were treated like kings. The food was amazing--fresh caught fish, homemade wine, homemade olives. We went on a hike the next morning and the sights were unbelievable. Definitely recommend this place.

We left in the middle of the night...

We were given a room that normally is for staff, at the edge of the hostel. The dust, the dirt and the warms we could handle. The spiders we could handle. But the huge lizards and their babies that could come INSIDE the room from the air conditioning we could not..! After an exhausting safari in AKamas, the 3hours road back to nicosia just seemed inevitable..

Very basic and massively over priced !

Stayed at Amarakos inn about 10 years ago and liked how authentic it was even the owner could not speak English so it was a struggle to communicate .The inn is miles from the nearest village so its a must to have a car as it is also quite high up the mountain.
The first problem was there was no menu so whatever you ordered (and the food was lovely) you did not know how much it was until you got your bill when you were leaving . Their was always an argument going on when people were leaving and when we got our bill we found out why.Everything was over priced,we like everyone else thought as it was such a basic establishment with for example just boiled eggs and ham for breakfast very basic rooms and no frills whatsoever that at least it would be reasonable when it comes to paying (how wrong we were).The thing that stood out was the orange juice which mrs Angela made herself from her own oranges and which I had every morning was about 13 Euro's bottle ! which 10 years ago was a lot of money. Judging from the current reviews things have got worse which is such a shame as it could be really good with the correct realistic management who don't rip their customers off. So if you do go here ask the price of everything or be ready for a massive bill when you leave.
