Stylish studio in the heart of Limassol

If you wish to immerse yourself in the old town of Limassol, then a stay in City Centre Studios is a must.
Pambos has the beautifully furnished apartment filled with what you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. Some items include a hairdryer; iron; Nespresso machine; fresh towels; extra blankets etc. There is no parking by the apartment block, however there are plenty of car parks nearby. We used a car park near Spartis street, which was €5 a day.
While we had intended to cook the occasional meal in the apartment our close proximity to all the beautiful restaurants and bars seen us never utilise the well equipped kitchenette once.
The balcony was the perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine while looking out onto the Mediterranean Sea; while the bed was so comfy it was difficult to get out of in the mornings.
We hope to return sometime in the future and maybe on that occasion we might not be tempted by all the fine eateries and prepare a meal ourselves!! Thank you Pambos for a great stay!

An apartment that looks more like has a room on the functional side very well located despite a horrible neighborhood. Very practical for a

Apartment rather well located clean and spacious but I do not understand this rating so high on trip advisor? We will say that it has a strategic location within limasol but the neighborhood is really gross, a shisha bar downstairs, armored with people who looked at us with a shady air, the ground floor disused the same for the top floor. You have to stop with the sea view on the side I do not eat by leaning from the balcony and turning my head 90 degrees. Key box and information well provided, very convenient. We’ll talk more about a bedroom, there’s only a poor little hotplate in a drawer and no washing machine as specified it seems to me. The industrial side of concrete is nice but far too present. The bathroom with toilet is summary and open to the bedroom with all the inconveniences that may arise. It's very noisy, the street below is very busy. No parking, you have to park in a covered car park about 500m, count 15 euros. No, I certainly can't put 5, or even 4, it's worth its 3 stars go 3 and a half stars...

Mr atkins

Loved it, Pambos is really friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious and located right in the old part of town with some gorgeous bars and restaurants nearby, would definately stay again. It's also well located for the marina . The only downside, although partly our fault, is we couldn't find it as there is no signs, call Pambos when he says so!! And he has a stunning Gin bar!!

Very Modern, very urban very european studio

Perfect !
Its new, its minimal, very artsy. The bed was super comfortable. The view to the sea, although seen only sideways from balcony doors, was excellent.
Nearly a whole wall of windows, and doors opening onto a balcony.
Close to everything ! Just walk everywhere. For shops, beach, restaurants, clubs.

Good place - great location

Location was great, very modern property
Mattress needs to be replaced - the owner confirmed that he's planning to do that. Water pressure could be better - the owner confirmed that he's planning to fix that
