2 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service
An Honest Review After Almost a Month
I am currently staying at this hotel and have been here for almost a month, with another 10 days still to go. I therefore feel that I am in a very strong position to give an honest and well-informed review based on my experience.
Firstly, it is evident from some of the reviews that people are paying €60–€70 a night and expecting the facilities and service of a five-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel is closer to a three-star hotel in terms of facilities, but five-star when it comes to service and the attitude of the staff.
Every single member of staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and looked after. It is also very clear that the owner has continued to invest in the hotel, and that investment shows. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, while the swimming pool is better than many four-star hotel pools I have experienced.
The hard work of the entire team is obvious. Some of the criticism I have read is, quite honestly, difficult to understand and in some cases seems completely disproportionate to the experience actually being provided. There are people working extremely hard here to create a good experience for all guests, and I think that deserves to be recognised.
The rules and policies that some guests have complained about are not unusual. They are the sort of standard hotel rules you will find in hotels throughout Cyprus and across the Mediterranean.
The breakfast provides more than enough choice, while the lunch menu is varied and of a very good standard.
We also had a minor problem with our electricity during our stay. We reported it and the maintenance man came and fixed it immediately. In fact, I actually asked him to leave it until later because there was no urgency, but he insisted on sorting it there and then. That tells you a lot about the attitude of the staff.
Joanna, Olga, Michael, Bobby, Natalya and Christo have all been fantastic. They genuinely treat their guests like family, and that personal approach creates an atmosphere that, in my opinion, is better than many four-star hotels I have stayed in.
After almost a month here, I can honestly say that we have loved every minute of our stay. This will definitely be our go-to destination every year.
I am genuinely surprised by some of the demands and negative comments I have read. Having actually spent almost an entire month here, my experience could not be more different.

Hotel near the airport, good cost benefit
I only stayed overnight to board the next day. It is a simple hotel, but with a good shower, good bed and suitable bedding and bath. Spacious room with place to put the suitcase and a balcony for the pool, no carpet, which is great. Large bathroom with outdoor ventilation. The breakfast was suitable with Greek yogurt, olives and regional cheese. Coffee is also good, bread, eggs, salad and delicious cucumbers.
There is a bus from the airport that leaves nearby. It is good to know exactly which stop is appropriate in advance. Gentle staff
What I didn’t like was the price of a sandwich in the hotel 14 euros for something very simple. I paid without complaining, I was exhausted to get out, but it was absurd.

Excellent budget hotel
Excellent budget hotel
Rooms and Pool area have been upgraded since last year
Staff are always welcoming, especially Reception and Breakfast
In our opinion it should be a 3 star Hotel not 2

Highly Recommended! Family holiday
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!
This was our third time staying at this hotel, and every year we have noticed major improvements and continuous investment. This time, we brought our parents with us and spent a wonderful week here, booking three rooms for our family.
Words cannot describe how comfortable and welcomed we felt. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained, and you can really see that this is a family-run business, with the owners and staff genuinely caring about their guests. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to thank them for their outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you to the gentleman at the bar, who stayed with us until the early hours of the morning so we could watch the Football World Cup matches together. His kindness and friendliness made our stay even more memorable.
The location is perfect, within walking distance of the beach, shops, cafés, and the city centre. The 24/7 reception provides extra comfort and a great sense of security at all times.
We truly had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and people who genuinely put their heart into what they do.
