Pretty house to avoid...
A magnificent house in a charming, very quiet village, it's true but should not be rented!!!
There were 4 of us in the first accommodation.
Absolutely terrible bedding, two strange little beds in a closet room.....
No where few power outlets and a poor adapter!
Very few dishes: no bowl, no salad bowl, no corkscrew.
Response from the owner: you just have to ask in the neighboring accommodations!!!
No coffee maker, no microwave...
A bathroom on the ground floor without curtains!!!! And a trickle of water from the tap...
No welcome ingredients for the start of the stay (it is forbidden to take food in cabin baggage and when arriving at night....) this is perhaps normal here, surprising all the same.
Rental for 4 but 2 outdoor chairs...
An advertised car park is the village public car park at the bottom.

The house has the basic things needed for accomodation .
Everything is described on our site.
We have 4 private parking places. We do not advertise the public parking place of the village. We function more than 30 years. We can not meet the demands of all people. We do our best.
The 2 bizzare beds are 2 single 80 cm width beds. What bizarre describes I am unable to understand.
The bath tap is the old type english bath tap. There are always bath type curtains.
And if you travel abroad you have to take an adaptor with you for your telephone. If we are there upon arrival we provide. When clients leave they take it with them . The same happens for many years now.
Our prices are the most competitive in the area.
I wish you find what you are seeking for in the future.

Lacks basic amenities, rude owner
We visited the property with some friends. Although the courtyard looked beautiful, the rooms were in a very poor condition and dirty :-( The fridge and bathroom especially. The mattress was very old and of poor quality. We called the owner asking for extra pillowcases so we could use the pillows in the wardrobe and were told we are only allowed 2 pillows each! I also asked for some extra toilet paper and was told again we’re allowed one roll per room and if it runs out we need to go and buy some ourselves! He raised his voice but when I insisted he brought us what we asked for. It’s such a beautiful place but it’s not looked after. Details such as matching bedsheet, pillowcases, towels don’t seem to be important to the owner. If you decide to visit Arsos I would suggest finding an alternative place to stay.

Would not recommend. The place is a little gem The main issue is that it was very dirty . It’s a magical little courtyard with various rooms leading off it . We rented all the rooms as we were on a long 3 day hike .
The only thing we wanted was a bath and a clean bed . The bathroom was full of hair and grime and the bed covers were soiled , cobwebs and grubby upholstery with filthy cabinets .
We called the owner who was indifferent and his only concern was to charge our room asap .
It’s a shame to have such a project and to keep it in this condition.

Perfect village vacation / retreat - חופשת לילה בכפר
Spent here quiet night in a rainy late winter day. Several traditional rooms (more like little studios) opening to a shared yard in a stone traditional house in the upper part of the village. The heating, shower, hot water etc. all worked perfect. Price was good. Make sure you coordinate with the owners the time you intend to arrive as there is no reception and the lady who will check you in comes from another place in the village. Arsos is a big village but rather quiet as many of its homes are kept as summer houses of families who moved to the city. The generous owner of “Arsos café” (a Tavern in the village center) called the Cornaro house owners for us. A simple – yet authentic in the good sense of the work 0 Taverna. The local sit there and watch football on a screen (outside). They serve breakfast too. Cornaro house. Limited Kitchen facilities included.
