Location is perfectly within walking distance of all attractions in down town toronto

Not a $1500 for two nights hotel
The pool area is nice but a lot of times the sun is blocked by the buildings. We have stayed here several times and for $1500 for two nights we were surprised by the lack of security. We were at the pool area having drinks when a homeless person entered the area using the stairs for the Main Street. This person proceeded to head to the bar for a coke, which was provided, he then started asking two females for food and attempting to grab it from them. One security arrived but it was clear that he could not do anything. Other bystanders tried to speak to this person to ask him to leave but he did not. At one point he entered the hotel area. He then came back to the pool area and continued to yell and try to fight anyone who came near him,
We were also told no outside drinks, yet people came with outside drinks and nothing was said to them. There is also a sign, no alcohol beyond this point, but people had their drinks in the pool.
For $1500 I would expect more security, class and oversight.
The pillows are super soft and it is almost as if they resolve when you sleep in them.
