I want to make a special mention of the young tall gentleman who served us breakfast on 25th, 26th, and 27th July. He was courteous, friendly and made us feel special. God Bless him in his endeavours.

Was not told in detail where the breakfast was. Had to go outside and another building upstairs for ice. Floors were dirty. Also if jetted tubs are available more towels are needed and all options should work on the tubs

Lovely quiet area of St. John’s. Just a km walk from George street. The only fault was our television was out of order.
The breakfast included was lovely. No buffet! Yay!
I’d recommend to guests who would prefer a quiet stay with ample parking.

My recent stay at Monastery was not a pleasant experience. The bed had dead flies and human nails in them along with unexplained stains. When we asked about housekeeping, they were only available at 5 PM and after. We would have been at the hotel room at that time and it wasnt a convenient time for us to have the house keeping do the "refresh" in our room. So we left it as is as there was nothing we could do.We simply did a clean ourselves so that we could sleep in the beds at night. Next, exhaust fan in our washroom wasnt working and we did notify the hotel about this. They didnt do anything about it or give us another room with a working exhaust fan. All the toiletries provided in the room were sparse so we had to go ask multiple times at the reception for replenishment- not a convenient thing. I should add though that the Bistro staff was nice and pleasant to interact with. As for my feedback, I suggest that hotel management do a better job in the housekeeping and maintenance department along with customer service for its patrons. Thanks

Rooms not cleaned daily. When cleaned beds not made or changed.
Breakfast - you are allowed 1 meat and 1 drink or you need to pay extra.
Damage deposit taken at checkin.
Aman on reception was great but we won't be staying again.
