It’s an older property but well maintained. Bed was better than most in it’s class. staff was friendly.

In the online ad it says there was a hot tub but there was not. I left my keyboard there and no one reached out to me. Otherwise, fine hotel, a bit pricey for what you get...

The furniture is not new but the mattress was firm and the sheets were clean. The house keeping staff forgot towels and trash in the room. The front desk said it was due to new staff but did not offer any compensation. However, they did intervene when we called about kids running on the floor above well after 11.

The toilet bowl in our room overflowed after use, so that was a disaster! So the hotel staff gave us another room. More bad news! The new room’s bathroom wash basin did not drain properly, so when I tried to wash my hands, used water collected in the wash basin and did not drain away. So we had to change to another room on a lower floor. Plus, when we asked for the room to be cleaned when we left the room for the day, it turned out that this was not done when we returned in the evening. So, all in all, a disastrous experience. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone else!!

Very bad experience! Flush did not work, wash basin did not drain. Had to change rooms thrice.
