Comfort, water, cleanliness

Nice location, access to the lake nearby, clean, good price, large. I suggest a better food selection... like bland Belgian fries as in European campsites. I will definitely go back

Very expensive for what it is, namely $487.79 for 2 nights

Strengths:
Good location, next to H2O Expédition, near Cristal du Lac and other classic attractions like Val-Jalbert, Trou de la Fée, etc.
Practical kitchenette for cooking with dishes, 2 stove burners, refrigerator, microwave…
I like the shower-baths.
Plenty of parking spaces.
Coupons allowing free access to the magnificent beach at Camping Plage Blanchet
Areas for improvement
Communication: I received a text message on the day of my arrival at 3:15 PM to notify me that there was an envelope in my name at the front desk. The sender is not named and it is not mentioned that it is from Parc Octopus. Since I have several accommodations planned, I do not know which one it is.
Front desk staff not always courteous, told me to take the envelope in my name and I had to pry information out of them even though I had never been to Parc Octopus.
Very soft pillows
Very dark in the evening, insufficient lighting in the main room with the 2 small hanging lamps.

Nice location but nobody around to upkeep it

Nice location, had the room #15. Bed is not comfortable, bathroom door squeak but i got wd40 at dollar store and fix it. No one at reception after 5 pm so never saw anybody. Ask for towels and did not get facecloth. Room had empty beer cans in dresser drawer.
