Loved the week end
Room was great and clean. Loved the swimming pool and the view was breathtaking !

Needs better maintenance quality control
On arrival, because of the queue at checkin we used the lobby upholstered chairs. It was difficult to find one that was useable. They are all dirty and stained and should be cleaned asap. Our bathroom shower wall had missing tiles and where there use to be a towel rack and the grouting was dirty and moldy. There was mildew on the ceiling above the bed where a previous leak came from above. The ceiling had been visibly repaired several times before, but the quality of the repair was very poor and obviously done by an unqualified person. It is actually quite ugly. The left night table was broken with the fascia badly screwed and falling apart. The bathroom sink is cracked and has no stopper. Not standard expected from this class of a hotel and in a junior suite rate.

Bad customer service
Very Disappointing Service
Very disappointed with the service we received. We are a family of four with children, and the parking lot was full, so we had no choice but to walk.
When we arrived at the parking reception, France spoke to us in a very condescending and disrespectful manner, as though we were children. She told us that we had not listened to her colleague’s explanation about where to park, rather than simply helping us find a solution.
We understand that parking can be busy, but there is no reason to speak to customers in that tone. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very negative impression and made the experience extremely disappointing.

For the hefty room price, no breakfast nor parking is included. Hotel needs updates specially the washrooms. Staffs could be more friendly!

The check in process was very smooth and fast. Check in time at this hotel was at 5 pm . We came earlier and room was not ready, but we were able to park in parking garage. walk in town and come back later, about 4pm to get our room. We were on 10th floor and the view was facing Frontenac and it was an amazing view. Room was nice and clean, but slightly outdated. Hotel needs some renovations. Location is excellent. Close to all sightseeing and restaurants. Garage also needs a lot of renovations. It is smelly, leaking water in some spots and very narrow parking spaces. If you park by yourself it is a little be tricky, but hotel has valet service to park your car. There are several elevators and even with tourist groups coming to this hotel, it did not take much waiting time. Overall the hotel is very nice, staff is bilingual and very nice and friendly. We glad we stayed in this hotel and we can recommend it to everyone who is planning to visit beautiful city of Quebec. Safe travels.
