Great resort style hotel

This is a great hotel to stay at. It's not quite as expensive as some of the fancier ones but gives you everything you need. The rooms are clean and contain everything that you need. The pool is fantastic and the private beach is so convenient. They also offer food services at the pool and beach, which gives it a nice resort field. The hotel overall is not fancy, but it is clean and well organized and the staff are knowledgable and helpful. Do you expect a bit of a wait with food services as they are obviously short of workers but the waitresses and waiters were so friendly and doing the best that they . We would definitely stay here again.

It was our first family stay at this property. We loved it and will be happy to be back next year. It say 4 stars, but I will give it good 3.5 stars. It was clean, pretty good maintained, but not 4 stars as we all know and expect. Staff on the front desk is not very friendly (most of them), do not expect a smile or good morning greetings when you walk by. The room overall is pretty nice, with good view (we had a pool view). Pretty good mattress on sofa-bed, where kids were sleeping for a week. Good bedroom for us. Bathroom was clean, but very (!) slippery, so we had to buy a rubber matt in dollarstore. There was also no soap plate, so we also bought one in dollarstore. It has nice little gym, that we used few times. Bbq area outside, were you cook. No issues with tanning beds at any time (I was worried about this before we arrived). Soundproofing in the room is ok. But for the last few nights we had neighbors on the top floor with little kids who jumped a lot from 7am to 10pm (but I think it is more about paranting, to respect your neighbors. Sorry). One more thing I would be happy not to have next time - pretty loud AC, especially around the bathroom area (maybe furnace is installed there?).
Overall we are very happy and will be back.

Great location nice beach and pool. Hot tub jets were broken. Older hotel but clean and maintenance people are around
Found the TV remote difficult to use but should be outside anyway enjoying the lake and beach
Disappointed with the restaurant. Shrimp tacos were made with deep fried shrimp and had indegestion from it. Pub style food and sandwiches and nachos
Lots ofgood restaurants a short drive away. Overall 3.5 out of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Walnut Beach Resort in Osoyoos! The location is beautiful, with stunning lake views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway.
The food was really good, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The beach and pool areas were great, and we really enjoyed spending time with our family and taking in the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great place to relax and make memories. We would definitely recommend Walnut Beach Resort to anyone visiting Osoyoos, and we look forward to coming back again!

The staff were friendly. Nice to have access to both beach and pool which were clean and well maintained. Nice area outside where games were provided. Eg ladders, ping pong table, corn throw
Housekeeping service was provided everyday.
