Best Airbnb location when Visiting Banff

Perfect Airbnb location for a trip to Banff & Canmore. Spectacular views and easy access everywhere. Location is perfect and avoids traffic congestion. So peaceful, exactly what you want on a trip to the Rockies. Brand new shopping center minutes away and walking distance to coffee shops & trails, and delivery apps also deliver groceries if you prefer.
10/10 Best Airbnb location in the Rockies!

The receptionist at check-in did not seem very welcoming or happy to see us. She came across as unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we arrived a bit early. At check-out, there was no one at the reception.
The bathtub in the second bathroom did not drain properly, and we also had to take out the garbage ourselves.
Overall, the experience could have been better, especially regarding the hospitality and a few maintenance issues.

We were very disappointed in our condo. The couch had huge tears and stains on it . The towels were paper thin and looked very dingy. The deck furniture was old and very dirty. It stated that it was newly remodeled but that clearly was not the case. Never again as it definitely was not worth the money and honestly was very embarrassing .

Lots of construction by hotel!

Pros
-Room was very clean
-A/C in room worked awesome
-All furnishings are very new and nice
-Washer & dryer was awesome to have
-Huge big bathtub
-Nice bedding and linens
-Hotel itself is very quiet
Cons
-Bed was rock hard. I’ve never seen a harder bed.
-Huge construction project kitty corner to hotel. They start early and go all day. This construction is not noted on the resorts website. So I guess it’s another thing to research before booking a hotel room.
-Can’t sit on balcony because of construction noise and so close to road.
-Can’t open drapes as road traffic can see in
-No cream for coffee
-Lots of trouble using door code. I saw another group also struggling with their door code.
-No ice bucket in room
-Ice machine is possessed. Time for a new one!
-One very slow elevator
-Halls were very hot
-Resort closed hot tub while I was there - reason given was maintenance,
-Paid a lot of money for this room and you have to take your garbage out?
This would be a good place to stay if you’re not trying to go to Banff or Canmore. Both of those towns have limited or no parking in the busy summer months.
I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

When I made the reservation, check out was at 11 AM. It said that there was a gift for guests bring their dogs.
Bud check out was at 10 AM. My dogs didn't receive a gift either. Even though it was only around 6AM, there was a loud noise from the ceiling for a long time, like tables and chair being moved. When I went outside and looked out the window on the upper floor, I saw an Indian man and woman. We made eye contact. So I beckoned to them, but they ignored me. The woman was drinking a beverage.
That room had many small chandeliers hanging from it, and I don't think it was a guest room. I think it was set up by an employee, I can't forgive them. Furthermore, an Indian man came to clean even before check out.
What kind of training do they receive？
