We stayed at Comfort Inn in Burlington one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice, the room was clean and comfy. There is free parking and free breakfast. The location is not great, it's next to Highway 403, and the area didn't look walkable, you'd have to drive anywhere. There was a glitch at check in, I waited some 15 minutes for the front desk lady to wrap up a phone conversation with somebody whose credit card would not work. That was unpleasant to say the least... All in all a good place to crash for the night.

Love this hotel, very clean and somewhat modern. The breakfast buffet is amazing.!!!
Friendly staff and very comfortable beds.
Only thing I have to say is the room I’m in the bathroom wasn’t really up to par meaning needs to be updated, the toilet seat was loose. I tried to tighten it, but it won’t tightened., wallpaper in the corner was peeling and they forgot to leave a Kleenex box. It was empty.
But I did love this hotel either way!!!
Thank you to all of you

Didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator! So not so good to be on the second floor for my mother in law who is 86 years old. The property was nice and would have had a better experience on the first floor but they didn’t have any rooms available.

Great place. We have a puppy and she was happy. Grand kids came to visit and we had a great time! Breakfast had all we needed. So..... thank you!

Parking was great and breakfest as well. During the week breakfest ends at 9:30a not 10 we got told 10.
Room was clean. Coffee maker was broken, ice box wasn't freezing and was caked in think ice. We also noticed shower pressure wasn't as good as expected and the shower faucets were loose, and just a few annoyances we noticed was bathroom sink faucet was way to close to back of sink kept hitting hands and toilet paper roll holder was way to far away. It was attached to the wall and me being short I couldn't reacher it.
We also had a issue with are key cards deactivating 2 days into are stay and the day we were leaving had a lady try to come and clean up the room before we have even woke up.
I did notice even though we had a do not disturb sign on we didn't get checked on at all. The other comfort inn we usually stay at always checked on us half way through our stay and offered towels and toilet paper.
