Unit was spacious and clean, well furnished. Location was excellent as it is about 8-10 min walk to the village. There is access to a pool and hot tub with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
On the second day, we found the fridge was not functioning and the food and medications were spoiled. We called the number provided

I checked out on July 14, and the symptoms started on July 18. At first, I noticed several bite marks on my arm that became very itchy. I initially assumed they were mosquito or spider bites. However, the next day, I found additional bite marks on my leg. That's when I realized it was unlikely to be ordinary insect bites.
The bite pattern looked very similar to bed bug bites, and the itching became extremely severe. I also learned that bed bug bites can take several days to appear, which matches my timeline. Since returning home from the Rivergrass condo, I have mostly been at home catching up on household chores. Other than going grocery shopping and dropping off and picking up my child, I haven't been anywhere that would explain these bites. I contacted customer service, and they told me they had inspected the unit and found no signs of bed bugs. If there were no bed bugs in the unit, how do you explain these bite marks? Am I supposed to believe that I was suddenly bitten by bed bugs in my own home? That simply doesn't make sense. Today, I went to a walk-in clinic, where the doctor confirmed that the bite marks were consistent with bed bug bites. I was prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid cream, and an antihistamine to treat the reaction. Now I'm extremely stressed and worried I might have brought bed bugs home.

The kitchen had everything you needed as well which made making meals so convenient.
Highly recommend this space to others.
