What an amazing stay we gad. Gorgeous resort so clean and beautiful. The view of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. The pool could have been warmer though. The rooms were clean and smelled great. We used the bath robes when we went swimming and asked for clean ones - they were delivered to our room within the hour, same with our request for more towels. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Group booking for 5 adults in a room with a loft. Really appreciated the full size fridge, dishwasher and in-room laundry pair. Beds were comfortable the room was clean and the staff were very effective and friendly.

The outside pool & hot tub are wonderful. There’s also an inside pool & hot tub if it rains. Ate at Elements dining & it was very good. Disappointed the mussels weren’t on the men but still enjoyed the seafood carbonara & the salmon.

Safety Issues
(1) Room 524 - The stairs spindles are not anchored properly and are a safety issue. My granddaughter was walking down the stairs and using the spindle for support since she is so small. The spindle came out and luckily she did not fall through the opening. We have taped it to other spindles to fix the issue.
(2) Room 524 - There is a second spindle that was held in place by a small glob of silicon - it is also a safety issue.
(3) Room 526 - This is the original room you placed us in and it had dog hair on the carpet and up the staircase to the loft. My grandson is allergic to dogs and that is why we requested to move rooms. This is also a safety issue.
General cleanliness of Room 526
(1) Needed to wipe down all counter tops as they were still dirty.
(2) Needed to wash numerous coffee cups and dishes as they were still dirty
(3) Used soap bar was left in the shower from a previous customer.
(4) Used face cloth hanging on bathroom shower curtain rod from a previous customer

In need of an update

Very dated hotel. Carpets seem dirty, room has a musty smell. Small TV that isn’t even high definition let alone a smart TV. Wi-Fi isn’t even fast enough to use your device. No chance at watching Netflix or anything.
Location is good. Pool area is nice. Expected more for the price.
