Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel.
The ideal place for rest and relaxation, away from the noise of the city.
Gentle, friendly and helpful staff.
Cleanliness in all spaces
Clean and spacious rooms.
Facilities in transport to and from the hotel.
Sufficient and spacious parking spaces.
It is strongly recommended for rest and relaxation.

Cheap and good.

Great, inexpensive hotel, clean, quiet, very friendly staff. The hotel complex consists of 3 buildings, the reception and are on one site, the restaurant is across the street and offers very good food at a reasonable price. Right next to the hotel (between the two hotel buildings) is the free hotel car park including an electric charging station.

1 night stay for Vitosha Nature Park for Bird photography

I stayed here for 1 night with photo buddies.
The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. I was a single occupant in a double bedroom. This was last night of the trip stay so cannot comment on long stay.
We arrived in time for dinner which was very nice. Having been to family run hotel for the previous 6 nights it was very apparent that the portions were less than those at the family run hotels. But the food was tasty.
I have seen some negative comments/photos for this hotel. I have only one in that the sealer on the bath to the wall was not totally sealed so there was water leaking but nothing the floor drain could not cope with.
So on the whole my one night was very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, great water pressure, fully stocked fridge and plugs galore.

Comfortable Sofia suburban stay

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel outside Sofia city centre. It was easily accessible by car and the car parking was easy and convenient. Our deluxe room was in a building opposite the main reception which was accessed by a flight of stairs. The friendly staff members on reception helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. Our room was a little dated, but it was comfortable and everything worked properly. Breakfast was really good too. It's close to the ring road and in a really quiet location with lots of fresh air and mountain views. This is a really good value and convenient option for an out of town stay!
The hotel restaurant is a good and convenient option for dinner too!

Total scam for the money paid!

I will never understand how this property is rated above 9!!!! It’s a total disaster from almost every point of view! Oldish, not really clean, promoting beautiful room pictures but offering something else. We booked Deluxe Double but when we saw the room it has nothing to do with what they had on internet sites! We were to tired to argue with them. They told us that this is the situation and they will inform the owner…Breakfast room was dirty and with an old 60’s look and smell. Everything about this property is a SCAM! I hope travelers will understand and avoid it!
