Great option

New hotel with spacious room, parking and good breakfast. It is a great option for those who are passing Uberaba or need to stay overnight and follow travel. It is on the edge of the highway, which makes it easy to access. It was better than I expected.

Disability in the negotiation with the host

This must be my fifth or sixth time staying in this hotel. Because in the previous four the lodging has always taken place in a satisfactory manner. In the last incident in May/26 we had a problem with the banjo, since the bathroom records did not do the temperature control, we asked for support at the reception and after a lot of cost they decided to change us the room. Today (03/06/26) we were surprised with a delay of approximately 30min to make the Check-in (our data was not in the registration) and our stay in the Jaguar, both on the way to S. Paulo and the return has become routine. As if it wasn't enough instead of giving us the key to a double bedroom, they gave us a key to a unit with 03 beds. And they still didn't like our complaint. I believe that we need to seek customer satisfaction not only with good accommodation, breakfast, cleaning and presentation of the physical space, but above all this, the good treatment of the receptionists toward the customers.

Sufficient, simple, basic, but meets

Suitable location for those passing by.
Friendly and agile service.
General cleanliness boazinha.
Large room.
Good bed, reasonable pillow.
Reasonable air conditioning.
Bad TV.
Simple bathroom.
Great shower.
Bad bath facilities.
Good breakfast.
Anyway, it's simple, but take care.

É uma das minhas acomodações preferidas! Excelente atendimento, café da manhã sem igual ( dessa vez tinha até minha pamonha), quarto limpo e muito confortável.

Quarto e banheiro muito limpos, funcionários muito prestativos, estacionamento seguro e localização fácil para chegar ou sair da cidade.
