Has tdo to be excellent, but needs good maintenance
The Pousada has a very beautiful decoration, European style....but needs good maintenance
We stayed in room 35, more isolated, hidden, silent, mto large...but with mto mould smell, the guard clothes are cute, but are precarious and the strong mould smell, could be placed anti mould inside them.This room has ceiling fan, fridge bar and the shower is great
There's a building where one day it had: thermal pool, sauna, academia...but it's all down, half abandoned...
The breakfast is mto good,with plenty of varieties
The garden area and the pool are well taken care of
It has an internal parking for about 6 cars and has other parking spaces on the front street
The location of the tbem hostel is excellent, from to walk in mtos places: Lake Comary, High Fair, Parque da Serra dos Órgãos. Close to restaurants, cafes, shopping
We were well served by all the staff of the guesthouse

Bad attention
Place up beautiful but the evening care was bad. We were looking for a place to sleep and we went to the Athos hotel and it was full and she called and saw q had 2 vacancies I called on the way as indicated in the hotel and the attendant said q had no more vacancies q called before and booked
As we were already arriving my husband got out of the car and went to ask for tips to know another place. The boy quickly said q had room available and he went to the car to pick me up, we went down with our things and at the time I think q guy recognized my voice pq had already said q had no room and was graceless and simply said q had no room anymore. How is it? Don't look at our faces, don't give us good night and still do it, like we're asking for a favor for nothing.
This happened on the night of 06/09
We got another with exceptional care thanks to God
But I want to tell this boy. Q he needs to improve a lot and q we should not bring personal problems to the workplace pq no one has anything to do with it.

Horrible, from rooms to service
Horrible! The guest house is much older than it looks in the photos, everything smells like guarded, even I didn't feel safe, because the key was very old and very easy to open outside. The shower was one of the worst parts, in a cold mountain town the shower not to warm up is unacceptable. It took about 10 minutes to warm up, sometimes freezing during the bath again. That's because it was 17 degrees when I was in the guesthouse, imagine when it's colder. But the cherry of the cake was the noise. By the age of the place, there is no isolation between the rooms, so you hear everything the next room does, spent the night with a couple making a huge noise. When I called the reception, it was said that nothing could be done to not bother the guest making noise. I asked if I could make any kind of noise in my room too and received a no from the receptionist (well poorly polite, say passing), but for the dignissimo couple next door, these could do any kind of noise for the whole hotel to listen, noise this uncomfortable, if you understand me. What does that mean??? Can make noise as long as you want in this place??? The guesthouse is not for rest?? It's just awful!!! If you stay anywhere else, you won't lose anything by not coming here

Best impossible
Excellent accommodation for physical disabled, double room bathroom adapted with all amenities (height toilet handle support etcetera)
Serviceful and attentive staff excellent location close to various attractions of Teresopolis.
The breakfast is wonderful with salty cakes cold bread juices fruits etcetera, a Brunch, included in the value of the daily.I thank the attention of Rubia from the kitchen that made up eggs mixed for my mom who is weakened
Note 10, worth it!

Excellent welcome and location
I've stayed at this guesthouse other times and this time we only stayed for one night. I like the location, breakfast and service. The room was very clean, the bed linen and towels were clean and fragrant, I slept well, even though it was facing the street I didn't hear any noise. It needs to be modernized a little but without losing the warmth of the place.
I didn't use the outside area. The bathroom needs updating and I suggest bigger beds to improve comfort.
I would stay again! It is also pet friendly, which makes it easier for owners who enjoy traveling with their 4-legged children.
