One of the best cost-effective options in the São Luís region

Excellent service, delicious food, nice environment, comfortable rooms, privileged location, on the quietest edge of the island.

Not worth what I paid

There is ZERO accessibility for wheelchair users, the wheelchair didn't even fit through the room door, the hotel does not offer shower chairs or access ramps. The bathroom is small, there was no soap or shower.
The minibar had NOTHING. In 40° heat, we had to ask for water at reception to receive a 500ml bottle, with some employee with a bad face, who seemed like he didn't even want to help us.
If you're ordering lunch, it's best to do it early because it takes time.
The entrance is full of holes.
And at no point did an employee ask us if we were okay or if we needed anything.
Bad experience.

The evaluation is far too good in Booking.com and also in TripAdvisor.

The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms far too small and the shower was bad to manage with the temperature. Air condition was okay! Garden nice. People were very nice. Breakfast was okay.
The rooms were very old but good maintained. An renewal would be the minimum to come to 3 to 4 asterisks. The small bathrooms will stay as a big negative point.
I would not book again.

Not one was there to let us in... at 2:30am ! Have been trying to sought refund... NEVER stayed there..had to find a hotel AFTER there at the door for over an hour knocking... calling... with no success..
Have told you thus and YET to hear from you??? Extremely disappointed with your services here... after booking flights etc(check my file/records)... I will make sure that I inform others of your poor services and follow-up...on issues that went wrong!!! If was also noted that we would be arriving at this place after 2am...since our flight(booked via Expedia....YOU) was scheduled to arrive at 1:40 am!!!!!!!!
In fact, the neighbors next door heard us calling and knocking at the gate/door. They were sleeping on their balcony (hammocks)...2 of my friend’s with me spoke Portuguese
