A pleasant environment with an exorbitant price.

The hotel is located within a condominium with super limited access, therefore safe. Nice environment, well cared for, good breakfast and attentive and nice staff. I believe that the apartment I stayed in was one of the largest in the hotel, with pool and lake views. Large room, spacious. But the price is exorbitant for a hotel with nothing special, besides being facing the lake.

Charming outdoor area, very bad rooms.

There's no double bed in double bedrooms... two paths come together and the little couple turns!
I bought the "romantic" package for a weekend with my wife, they delivered a "spumant" in a rusted metal bucket, drilling and leaking... I suggest next time you also deliver a bucket and brush to the couple!
We were in the '90s... the internet in the room was legend! The TV was small and had only open channels but we had to call the reception twice to put batteries... Cable TV is really a "luxury" these days...
The light in the room was awful, it looked like a cabaret club... besides the luster being smaller than the hole in the ceiling leaving all the wiring to the show.
We stayed two days and in no time the room was cleaned up.
Apples apart, the outer area is very beautiful and well taken care of. Tennis court in good condition.
Anyway, you can charge R$ 500,00 half pension, no more than that!

Grata surprise

The hotel is excellent from check-in to check-out. Room large and clean, breakfast, lunch and dinner very good. Excellent leisure area, out the view to the dam. While I went to enjoy the weekend due to the heat, I was able to relax in the middle of a lush nature. Pertinho de BH. I still took my pet with me and even him who is pretty anti-social, liked the place and made friends. I will definitely be back.

Avoid this place

This was our second stay at the hotel since our 1st stay in April. In the meantime, there was a change of ownership. During our stay, we were continually informed that they had few employees and could not accommodate our simpler requests. We then found out that the new owner had just fired most of the staff, bringing new employees, creating their own problems and poor service on any standard. At some point, as I discussed this with the owner, he came closer and closer to me and ended up staying inches from my face.
When you combine this with the fact that they hardly have usable internet. I would consider waiting a few more months before booking a stay to see if they are still active.

SURPRESA POSITIVA

O Hotel surpreendeu positivamente, estava melhor que há 5 anos atrás. Parece que está passando por uma renovação. Cama, colchão e roupa de cama de qualidade. Ar condicionado split, TV nova. Comida boa (jantar de sexta-feira, foi a la carte. Almoço e jantar de sábado selfie, e o almoço de domingo churrasco, tudo muito gostoso). Ficamos sabendo que os atuais donos assumiram há 3 meses, o que pode justificar os comentários negativos anteriores a esta data. Local bom para descansar. Pretendo voltar em breve. Ficamos no quarto 22.
