Trendy vibe and great Cambuí location, but let down by room noise and inconsistent service

The Radisson RED certainly stands out visually with its hip, modern aesthetic and boasts an enviable, walkable location in the heart of Cambuí, surrounded by great dining options. Unfortunately, my recent stay did not fully live up to the vibrant lifestyle brand image it portrays. Upon arrival, the check-in process felt rushed and impersonal, setting a rather indifferent tone for the rest of the visit. Inside the guest room, while the design elements were contemporary, the acoustic insulation left much to be desired, allowing hallway noises and outside urban sounds to easily disturb periods of rest. Furthermore, housekeeping oversight was noticeably lacking during peak hours, and getting assistance from the front desk required multiple calls. While the neighborhood appeal and overall establishment have potential, these hospitality shortcomings make it difficult to justify the nightly tariff. Ultimately, considering the high standard expected from this upscale banner.

Radisson Red Campinas

Perfect location in Campinas, walking distance to the City center and to everything on Cambui. Excellent connecting rooms for our family of 4 - modern, clean, great bathroom and ammenities. Breakfast is very good, plenty of options and constantly supplied with hot baked Pães de Queijo. Good overall service on the whole 3-day stay.

Comfort, hospitality and a truly pet friendly experience.

Our experience at Radisson RED Campinas was excellent!
They received our family with great affection since the moment of arrival.
We took our puppy and we were very happy with the welcoming of the whole team. The hotel is really pet friendly: there are a few regalies to ensure good cohabitation, but the pets can circulate through the common areas, and all the employees were extremely kind and attentive to her.
It is one of those places that make you feel truly welcome.
The breakfast also deserves to be highlighted: very varied, with delicious options and great quality.
It was undoubtedly an experience that exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon and recommend Radisson RED Campinas for those looking for comfort, hospitality and a truly pet friendly experience.

Excellent service, my first night i had a room near de elevator and the sound was a bit annoying and the next day they changed me with no problem. The breakfast was good and the live music in the bar was great.
