A very dirty room
Very bad hotel, not really worth a star. -Why?
- Poor arrival without contact.
- Very dirty bathroom.
- Dirty room, clearly NOT cleaned.
- No real offer to solve the problem.
- Didn't see anyone from management.
Of course we informed the management, but no real solution was offered. After all, you are not in Vienna for 2 days to sit in the middle of the day in your hotel room waiting for the cleaning crew (it is an hour's journey to the center). At any normal hotel, housekeeping is carried out daily, even if guests have gone out. This hotel manager either doesn't trust his staff or doesn't trust his guests. More likely, he didn't need to provide a clean room, but that's speculation.

Very poor place, do not visit this place
Chinese run apartment, nobody speaks english or german.
You need to use a postbox code in case you like to enter into the house and take your apartment you booked in advance. I have booked via booking.com 1 night stay, and the room offered was occupied by somebody. I opened the wardrobe and there were clother and goods inside. The bath was not clean at all, it was clearly that staff or somebody else was staying inside.
I asked for my money back from somebody who probably was belonging to the staff, but no success. They refused me, and because it was middle of the night, I had to look for another hotel.
Definetaly never again!

Fine hotel!
Location is good, outside of the big city centrum if you like peace.

Вполне неплохо
Из минусов: Кое-что можно исправить. Например, не было мыла в душе. Да и сам душ был сломан, вода текла одновременно из верхнего подсолнуха и из ручного душа, так же поливало и из вентиля. Телевидения, скорее, не было, чем было - глючило беспрерывно, в итоге выключили. Завтрак был весьма скудным, ничего горячего. Впрочем, это не есть проблема.
